Heluva Good 2009 Racing Contest

Eligibility :
The Heluva Good 2009 Racing Contest is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Contest entry.

Timing :
Dover International Speedway –Begins on March 9th and ends at 5:00pm Eastern Time on May 1st
New Hampshire Motor Speedway – Begins on March 30th and ends at 5:00pm Eastern Time on May 22nd

How to enter:
Visit www.HeluvaGoodRacing.com during the applicable Contest Term and complete an official entry form. All individuals who complete an official entry form will be automatically entered into the Contest and have a chance to win a Prize.

Prize (s):

On or about May 31st, 2009 a drawing will be made for the following Prizes (each a “Dover Prize”):

One Winner will receive a “Heluva Good! Race Experience,” which consists of 2 grandstand tickets to the AAA Insurance® 200; 2 suite tickets to the Heluva Good!® 200, 2 suite tickets to the Dover 400 , hotel accommodations for the weekend, and the opportunity to serve as the honorary starter for the Heluva Good! 200, having an approximate retail value of $3,070.

Heluva Good!® 200 (Nationwide Series) at Dover International Speedway on May 30th

• 15 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each and Hospitality Tent Access, having an approximate retail value of $282.

Dover 400 (Sprint Cup Series) at Dover International Speedway on May 31st

• 15 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each and Hospitality Tent Access, having an approximate retail value of $560.

Approximate Retail Value of all Dover Prizes is $15,700.

On or about May 26th, 2009 a drawing will be made for the following Prizes (each a “New Hampshire Prize”):

One Winner will receive a “Heluva Good! Race Experience,” which consists of 2 suite tickets to the Heluva Good® Pole Day (Sprint Cup Series)/Camping WS125, and the opportunity to present the Pole Award for the Heluva Good! Pole Day, having an approximate retail value of $1,200.

• 10 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each and Hospitality Tent Access, having an approximate retail value of $300.

Camping World® 200 (Nationwide Series) at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on June 27th

• 10 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each and Hospitality Tent Access, having an approximate retail value of $300.

Lenox Industrial Tools® 301 (Sprint Cup Series) at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on June 28th

• 10 Winners will receive 4 Grandstand tickets each and Hospitality Tent Access, having an approximate retail value of $400.

Approximate Retail Value of all New Hampshire Prizes is $11,200.
