AT&T Real Yellow Pages Real Challenges Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the following states who are 18 years of age or older as of 6/9/08: AL, CA, CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, WV and WI. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of AT&T Operations, Inc. (”Sponsor”), Project Support Team, Inc. (”P/S/T”), their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies (hereafter, collectively “Released Parties”) and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside the eligible states specified above and where prohibited. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Timing :
Between 12:00:00 AM Central Time (”CT”) on 6/9/08 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 12/16/08 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
You can play one of the two following ways:
Upon receipt of your 2008/2009 AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book, visit www.TheRealSweepstakes.com and provide the book number (located on the spine of your AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book) along with your state of residence. Once this information is provided, you will be invited to participate in one of the designated Challenges (hereafter referred to as a “Challenge” or “Challenges”). Each Challenge will require you to locate (3) three applicable company names and phone numbers within your 2008/2009 AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book. NOTE: Each company name (and corresponding phone number) must be an actual listing in the 2008/2009 AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book to be eligible. Upon completion of the Challenge, you will be prompted to complete and submit the Official Entry Form to receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes.

In the event that you do not have the 2008/2009 AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book or if you do not wish to participate in a Challenge, visit the following link: http://www.TheRealSweeptakes.com/amoe and complete the alternate means of entry Official Entry Form and receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on 12/16/08 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Limit :
There is a limit of (5) five entries per person, per household and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries received from any one person, household or email address after the first (5) five entries received from that person, household or email address will be void.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): A check in the amount of $50,000.

Eligibility :
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and who reside within the distribution area of participating telephone directory market areas for the Verizon® Yellow Pages. Employees (including their immediate family members and those living in their household) of Idearc Media Corp. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the Sponsor’s advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, sales representatives, distributors and other vendor companies involved in the sales and production of printed or online directories in this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Related Entities”) are not eligible.

Timing :
Submission must be postmarked by 12/31/2008 and received by 1/7/2009.

How to Enter :
Game begins on 9/25/2007 and ends when all game pieces are depleted or 12/31/2008, whichever occurs first. This Game is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Printed directories Instant-Win Game- Upon receipt of the 2007-2008 Verizon® Yellow Pages directory, find the “$5 MILLION GET TO IT™ & WIN” Game Piece. With a coin, gently remove one scratch-off latex box for each of the four questions to reveal an answer. Removal or partial removal of more than one answer to any question will void the game piece. Then visit www.ultimateshoppinggame.com, complete the registration information (name, phone number, email address and zip code, Unique Prize ID Code), answer the Verizon® Yellow Pages question from the directory, and click on the Submit button. If you answer correctly, you will then be asked to vote for your favorite [category] of the day. Voting categories will change on a regular basis. After you vote, a virtual scratch and win game piece will appear with twenty-five (25) boxes. To play, select five (5) of the directories. Each directory selected will reveal either a winning image or an X. Winning images are Community Magazine, Coupons, Dining Your Way®, Area Maps and America’s Best Yellow Pages. If you reveal five images, you will win $1 Million instantly. If you reveal 4 images, you will instantly win $1,000. If you reveal 3 images, you will instantly win $500.
