Space Chimps Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Space Chimps Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), excluding Florida and New York, who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Cinemark USA, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Florida and New York and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on July 4, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on July 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, visit www.cinemark.com, click on the Space Chimps Sweepstakes banner and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for four (4) to the Kennedy Space Center in Orlando, FL. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); 2-day basic admission for four (4) to the Kennedy Space Center to be used during the trip duration; four (4) tickets to an Astronaut Lunch (specific date, seating, and time of event determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and four (4) tickets to a NASA Close-up Tour (specific date, seating, and time of event determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Gillette Young Guns Fantasy Challenge

Eligibility :
Open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Company, Fantasy Sports Ventures, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
The first period (“Challenge #1”) begins at 10:00 a.m. ET on 2/15/08 and ends 5 minutes before the start time of the 6/29/08 race. Important: You will not be able to select a team lineup for the All-Star Race on 5/17/08. The second period (“Challenge #2”) begins at 10:00 a.m. ET on 6/30/08 and ends 5 minutes before the start time of the 11/16/08 race.

How to Enter :
Beginning 10:00 a.m. (ET) on 2/15/08, visit www.gilletteyoungguns.com and follow instructions to register and select your team lineup. For each race, players will be able to select a different team lineup. Selections must be received 5 minutes before the start of each week’s scheduled race time. Limit one team lineup selection per person per race. Players are responsible for tracking race start times and dates. If more than one team lineup selection is received per person per race, only the first selection received will be eligible for that race.

• SELECTING A LINEUP: For each race, players must select a lineup consisting of 6 drivers: 2 Gillette Young Guns (“GYG”) drivers, 2 “Pool A” drivers and 2 “Pool B” drivers from the drivers listed in each of those categories on www.gilletteyoungguns.com. Players cannot select the same 2 GYG drivers in 2 consecutive races. When selecting a team lineup, players will also be required to provide the answers to two questions which will be used as a tie-breaker to determine prize winner(s) in the event of any ties.
• ACCUMULATING POINTS: Using the 2008 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points system, players will accrue points based on their team lineup and finish for each race. Click here to see the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points system. Click here to see your point total. If penalty points are assigned by 11:00 p.m. ET two days following the race, weekly scores will be recalculated and Weekly Winners will be determined accordingly. If penalty points are assigned after 11:00 p.m. ET two days following the race, it will not affect the status of Weekly Winners for that race. However, after penalty points have been assigned, if different Weekly Winners are determined based on their recalculated scores, duplicate Weekly Prizes will be awarded for that race. Overall point totals for all players will be based on recalculated totals after penalty points have been assigned.

Limit one entry per email address per day.

• CHALLENGE #1 Prizes: The (1) Grand, (1) First, (1) Second and (5) Third Prizes will be awarded to the players with the highest cumulative point totals based on their top 15 scores. If players participated in less than 15 races, their cumulative point totals will include scores from all races in which they participated.
