Open only to permanent, legal US residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Timing :
The NBC Perfect Valentines Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins on 2/2/09 at 6:00 P.M. and ends on 2/16/09 at 11:59 P.M. (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
Follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address and verification that you are 18 years of age or older.

Limit:
You may enter only five (5) times during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

There will be one (1) prize awarded to the winner (”Prize”) consisting of one (1) pair of Yellow Gold 1 Carat t.w. Leo Diamond Solitaire Earrings (Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $3,999.99).

Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically located and reside in the fifty (50) United States and DC who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Contest Period.

Timing :
Perfect Valentines Contest (”Contest”) begins on December 8, 2008, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on December 19, 2008, at 4:59 p.m. (”Contest Period”).

How to enter:
To enter, during contest period access the Contest’s website at www.NBC.com/Valentine, and follow the instructions provided to complete and thereafter submit the entry form (”Entry”), which includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address. As part of the Entry, you will also be required to submit a statement of one hundred (100) words or less on the following theme: “What Are Your Plans For A Perfect Valentine’s and Why Is Your Valentine’s Occasion The Perfect Valentine To Be Shown On Television?”.

You may enter only once during the Contest Period.
