Eligibility :
Live’s Spring Wake Up Call Travel Trivia (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to persons 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry who are permanent legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located therein.

Timing :
The Live’s Spring Wake Up Call Travel Trivia begins on February 24, 2009 and ends on May 1, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
Starting on February 24, 2009 at 9:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), access www.liveregisandkelly.com (“Web Site”) and click on either the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the entry form and Sweepstakes home page. Registered entrants login and then submit one (1) telephone number (including area code) where you can be reached weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (ET) (“Sweepstakes Hours”) from March 2, 2009 through May 1, 2009 (“Internet Entry”).

Limit:
Limit one (1) Internet Entry per person/member name/email address per day.

Prize (s):

Up to forty-five (45) Wheel Prizes: Up to one (1) Wheel Prize for each air date of the Sweepstakes (as described by Official Rules): travel prizes and/or merchandise prizes (possibly including but not limited to a vehicle prize or cruise) and announced on that particular day’s taping/broadcast, as applicable. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Wheel Prize: $3,000 - $22,000.

Up to forty-five (45) Regis and Kelly Reward Prizes: Up to one (1) Regis and Kelly Reward Prize for each day of Sweepstakes (as described by Official Rules) in the form of a retailer gift certificate or merchandise prize. ARV of each Regis and Kelly Reward Prize: $250 - $500.

Total ARV of all prizes:
up to $1,012,500.

Eligibility :
Nominees must be between the age of 6 months and 48 months as of January 12, 2009 and legal resident of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada, with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and the Province of Quebec, Canada and where prohibited by law.

Timing :
Entries must be received by 5pm ET on Friday, February 13, 2009 to be eligible.

How to enter:
Enter by logging on to our Web site at: www.liveregisandkelly.com. There you will find instructions on the appropriate and acceptable file formats and sizes for submitting your entry electronically. Click on the e-mail address indicated and write your name, address and day & evening phone numbers along with your child’s name and date of birth, attaching to the message the properly formatted photo.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $125,000 to be used towards a 4 year college education and will appear on a future cover of Parenting magazine, Early Years edition.

Four (4) runners-up will each receive $25,000 to be used towards 1 year of college education.

Ten (10) semi-finalists will each receive a year’s worth of Gerber’s Start Healthy, Stay Healthy food which includes a personalized nutrition plan. Valued at $1000 (per winner).

Military Thank You Giveaway

Eligibility :
Open only to persons 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, who are permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S., Washington D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are physically located and legally residing therein and who are active or retired military personnel from a major U.S. military force, as determined by Sponsor (i.e. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, National Guard, Coast Guard) and/or members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses, regardless of whether they reside with such military personnel).

Timing :
The Military Thank You Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Saturday, November 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, January 2, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, access the Live with Regis and Kelly web site located at www.liveregisandkelly.com (“Web Site”) and select the Sweepstakes icon or image, which will open the Sweepstakes web page. A registered entrant must first login by entering his/her member name, password and telephone number (including area code), and then follow the online instructions to “submit” his/ her entry including the name of his/her military personnel relative (if other than such registered entrant), and military personnel’s relationship to him/her (if other than registered entrant) (“Entry”). The entrant will be the winner of the prize and not such military personnel, unless such military personnel is the entrant. Entrants who are not a registered on the Web Site, may become registered members by completing (and thereafter transmitting) the registration form. Information requested on the registration form consists of the following: first and last name, complete home address (including street address, city, state and zip code), date of birth, and email address (“Registration Information”). There is no fee to register.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize will be will be awarded a Fly with T-Mobile Family Vacation consisting of a trip for Grand Prize winner and up to five (5) guests to the destination of his/her choice selected from T-Mobile’s one-hundred and ten (110) U.S. destination locations posted on the Web Site (subject to approval by Sponsor) (not to exceed $15,000). Trip consists of roundtrip economy class air transportation for winner and up to five (5) guests from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion) near winner’s residence to one of the one-hundred and ten (110) U.S. destinations locations as listed on the Web Site; standard hotel accommodations for up to five (5) nights (each room single or double occupancy/up to three (3) rooms); ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel at the destination city; and a one thousand eight hundred dollar ($1800 USD) gift card to apply towards meals (alcohol not included) and other expenses (awarded to the Grand Prize winner only).
