Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents 13 years of age or older as of date of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Employees of Verizon Wireless, Tribal Brands, Samsung Communications, Atlantis Resorts, Jonas Brothers Label and Management or any of their respective parent and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes and the immediate families (parent, siblings, children and spouse) and persons residing in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

Timing :
The Verizon Wireless Jonas Brothers “Bahamas Private Performance” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM EST on September 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on November 1, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes entrants must do one of the following:

A. Samsung Gift with Purchase: If you are a Verizon Wireless subscriber, purchase either a Samsung Glyde or a Samsung Juke phone and be entered to win. If you are younger than 18 years of age, your parent/legal guardian must make the purchase for you. Upon purchase of your Samsung handset, you will be directed to log onto www.jbconcerts.com/samsung to redeem your gift with purchase which includes four (4) free full song downloads from the Jonas Brothers. You will be asked to enter the phone number of your new Samsung handset, to confirm your eligibility to download the four (4) free tracks. Once confirmed eligible, V CAST Music with Rhapsody will automatically install on your PC with the four songs. Upon completion of the download you will be asked if you would like to enter the “Bahamas Private Performance” Sweepstakes. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, age, a valid email address and your mobile telephone number (“MTN”).

All entries must be received no later than November 1, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Only handsets with V CAST Music capability and have the Get It Now feature can download music. Additional charges for other V CAST services may apply. Verizon Wireless service is not available in all areas.

B. ONLINE: If you do not have a Verizon Wireless V CAST capable handset with the Get It Now feature, enter for free by logging on to www.jbconcerts.com/samsung where you will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, age, a valid email address and your mobile telephone number (“MTN”).

Limit:
There is a limit of ten (10) entries per person regardless of method of entry, and all entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM (EST) on November 1, 2008.

Prize (s):
Ten (10) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 16, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Grand Prize consists of: four (4) coach class roundtrip airfare for four (4) people to the Bahamas; one (1) hotel room for three (3) nights (occupancy for 4) at the Atlantis Resort; four (4) premium tickets to the private performance concert featuring Jonas Brothers, on December 15 at the Atlantis Resort; car service to and from the hotel to the airport; and $500 spending money payable by check. Eligibility :
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and who reside within the distribution area of participating telephone directory market areas for the Verizon® Yellow Pages. Employees (including their immediate family members and those living in their household) of Idearc Media Corp. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the Sponsor’s advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, sales representatives, distributors and other vendor companies involved in the sales and production of printed or online directories in this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Related Entities”) are not eligible.

Timing :
Submission must be postmarked by 12/31/2008 and received by 1/7/2009.

How to Enter :
Game begins on 9/25/2007 and ends when all game pieces are depleted or 12/31/2008, whichever occurs first. This Game is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. If you answer correctly, you will then be asked to vote for your favorite [category] of the day. Voting categories will change on a regular basis. After you vote, a virtual scratch and win game piece will appear with twenty-five (25) boxes. To play, select five (5) of the directories. Each directory selected will reveal either a winning image or an X. Winning images are Community Magazine, Coupons, Dining Your Way®, Area Maps and America’s Best Yellow Pages. The Promotion begins May 2, 2008, at 00:00:00 Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends August 31, 2008, at 23:59:59 ET (”Promotion Period”)

How to Enter :
The entry process for both the Instant Win Game and the Grand Prize Drawing are combined. During the Promotion Period, visit www.TheHenryFord.org/sweetstakes and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form. Complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. boxes are not permitted. You will automatically receive one (1) Grand Prize Drawing entry, advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.
