Eligibility :
The Halloween Horror Nights® Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of, and are physically present in, the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and who are twenty one (21) years of age or older. . Officers, directors, agents and employees of Sci Fi Channel (“Sponsor”), NBC Universal, Inc., Universal Orlando Resort (the “Prize Provider”), and each of the  oregoing entities’ parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and joint venture companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Promotion, as well as members of such employees’ immediate families and households (including children, spouses and siblings and/or other people living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. By entering the Promotion, participants are bound by and agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right (but is not obligated) to verify eligibility qualifications of any entrant. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
The Promotion begins at approximately 9:00 AM (ET) on September 3, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on September 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
by Cell Phone: If you have a text messaging capable cell phone from a participating carrier, you may enter the Promotion by responding to the on air solicitation once prompted by a Promotional Spot, by sending a text message to the short code 72434 with the text “HHN.” Your cell phone carrier may apply standard text messaging rates to each entry and to all other text messages sent and received in connection with the Promotion. You will receive a “thank you” text message after you text your entry including a confirmation that the message has been received or an error message noting delivery failure. If you get an error message, please try again. You may stop receiving text messages at any time by responding “end,” “stop” or “quit” to the thank you text message or to any of the messages. For every “HHN” message submitted via text messaging, you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Random Drawing to select the winners. You may respond to the invitation after the on air solicitation has been made during any Promotional Spot until the end of the Promotion Period.

Alternative Method of Entry Online: To enter the Promotion without using a text messaging capable cell phone, visit www.scifi.com/ghosthunters (the “Website”) and complete the online registration in its entirety and submit your entry. You may submit your registration and/or entry after any on air solicitation has been made during any Promotional Spot until the end of the Promotion Period. For every entry submitted via the Website, you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Random Drawing to select the winners. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply.

Prize (s):

Eligibility :
The Land O’Lakes ‘It’s Your Orlando’ Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open and offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and at least 18 years old at time of participation. Employees, officers and directors of Land O’Lakes, Inc. (“Land O’Lakes” or “Sponsor”), SoftCoin, Inc. (“SoftCoin”), the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. (“OCVB”), their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of promotion materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or same household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Timing :
Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game and a Random Drawing Sweepstakes. Promotion begins on September 1, 2008 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) and is scheduled to end on February 15, 2009 11:59:59 p.m. (PT).

How to enter:
Register at the Web Site. Access the web site at www.LandOLakesCheeseRewards.com (“Web site) and click on the icon, banner, or text link to access the registration page. Then, you must:

• Complete the registration form with your email address, age, zip code and gender, and confirm that you have read and agree to these Official Rules.
• Create a password.
  (Record your password and keep it in a secure location.)
• Random Drawing Sweepstakes.
  By entering all required information, your Promotion Account will be established. You may also be asked to complete a brief survey which is optional. Whether or not you complete the survey (and the content of your responses if you choose to complete it) will NOT affect your ability to enter the Random Drawing Sweepstakes or your odds of winning the Random Drawing Sweepstakes prize. After clicking the “Submit” button, you will automatically receive one entry in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes.
• Instant Win Game.

Limit:
Limit of one (1) entry in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes and one (1) Code input per participant/Promotion Account per day (24 hour period), except participant can receive a maximum of two (2) entries (one entry for submission of registration information and one entry for inputting Code) by registering for the Promotion and inputting his/her first Code on the same day.
