The Tyra Show Hot Bags And Cold Cash Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of any one (1) of the forty-eight (48)  contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (collectively the “U.S.”), exclusively, who reside and are physically located in the U.S. and are eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry and who (only applicable if using text method of entry) have a registered wireless account and have a wireless telephone with Short Message Service (“SMS”) capability and wireless Internet service, on or before Monday, October 20, 2008.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 5:30:01 a.m. (ET) on Monday, October 20, 2008, and ends at 4:29:59 a.m. (PT) on Saturday, November 15, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

How to enter:
Watch the Tyra Banks Show each day during the Sweepstakes Period [Mondays through Fridays only] to get the “Keyword of the Day” (“Keyword”). Each Keyword is day specific. Access the Sweepstakes at http://www.Tyrashow.com. Follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes, and in the spaces provided enter the following information: your first name, last name, street address (no P.O. boxes allowed), city, state, zip code, e-mail address, daytime telephone, alternate telephone number (if any)   and date of birth, and correctly identify the day-specific Keyword.

Limit:
Limit of one entry per day per person, or email address.

This sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers in their primary state of residence and are aged 18 years or older, and not a minor in their state of residence, at the time of entry. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Alaska and Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Employees of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. Marden-Kane (“Administrator”), and all of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, distributors, dealers, dealer advertising associations, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and any other agency that provides services in connection with this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Entrants will be required to provide their name, complete street address, phone number and e-mail address and to create a Username and Password to be used for subsequent entry attempts.
