2008 Purolator Boat/Truck Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, 21 years and older who have a valid driver’s license as of 8/31/08, except officers, directors, and employees (and members of their immediate families, i.e., spouse, parents, children, and siblings or household and persons residing with any of the foregoing) of Sponsor; Bass (”Bass”); their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies, divisions, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, including Mercury Promotions & Fulfillment (”Mercury”); (collectively, “Released Parties”); and any other entities or individuals associated with this Sweepstakes. Residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win.

Timing :
“2008 PUROLATOR® BOAT/TRUCK SWEEPSTAKES” (”SWEEPSTAKES”) starts 2/22/08 at 12:00:01 A.M., ET and ends 8/31/08 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET (”Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
You may enter the Sweepstakes, either: (A) Via Internet: Go to www.pureoil.com during the Promotion Period and follow the entry instructions. All online entries must be received by 8/31/08 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET; or (B) Bassmaster classic®: Visit the Purolator Booth at the Bassmaster Classic event, currently scheduled for 2/22/08 through 2/24/08 at Lake Hartwell, Greenville, SC; legibly complete an official entry form and deposit it in the official entry box during normal Booth hours. Submitted entries are the sole property of Robert Bosch LLC (hereinafter sometimes referred to as either “Sponsor” or “Purolator”), and will not be returned. Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Mahle Clevite, Inc. (”Sponsor”), NASCAR, Inc. and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, retailers, distributors, licensees, manufacturers, web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse of “step” of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion) are not eligible to participate.

Timing :
Promotion begins on 5/1/08 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on 10/25/08 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter the Promotion, you must have a valid email address. Log on to www.FindClevite.com (”Web Site”) during the Promotion Period. Follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit a registration form. For your registration to be valid, you must complete all required information and click on the “Submit” button on the registration page. Once your registration is complete you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Once you have registered you may receive one (1) entry into the drawing each subsequent day you visit the Web Site by entering only your e-mail address when prompted. Automated means of entry are prohibited.

Limit:

The Promotion begins on February 15, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on October 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, go to http://www.longhornsweepstakes.com and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.
