Disney’s Ultimate Broadway Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
This contest is only open to legal residents of the U.S., in the 50 states and Washington D.C., and Canada (except the province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age and older. Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees of the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, their affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and any other entity directly associated with this contest (and the immediate family members) are not eligible to participate. This offer is subject to all federal, state, and local U.S. and Canadian laws.

Timing :
This Sweepstakes may only be entered by Internet, during the period commencing at 12:01 A.M., July 2, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., August 31, 2008 (“Term”).

How to enter:
Visiting www.disneyonbroadway.com/sweepstakes(“Website”), logging in and following the entry instructions (”Entry”). If you are not already registered, follow the link “Not Registered?” and submit all required information.  For purposes of these Official Rules (”Rules”), all times and days are Pacific Daylight Time. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail address (”Address”). To do so, go to: http://register.go.com/disney/GuestServices/YourAccount/home, log into your account, click on the “Modify” icon and follow the instructions on how to change your Address.

Limit :
Entries are limited to one Entry per person/Address per day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).

Prize (s):
ONE HUNDRED (100) GRAND PRIZES: A four (4) day / three (3) night trip (“Trip”) for four (4) people to New York, NY (“City”) to attend the theatrical shows of Mary Poppins, The Lion King and The Little Mermaid (“Shows”) plus an exclusive backstage tour at the New Amsterdam Theatre (“Tour:)”), home of Mary Poppins, consisting of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for four (4) persons (one or two rooms) for three (3) nights plus room tax; [2] four (4) passes for admission to Mary Poppins, The Lion King and The Little Mermaid; [3] exclusive backstage tour at the New Amsterdam Theatre (“Tour”); [4] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner’s residence in the Territory (”airport of origin”) and a major New York City airport.

Eligibility :
Entrants must be 18 or older and legal residents of and currently physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, independent beauty consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed or currently perform services for Sponsor, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies or advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play.  “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings and spouses, regardless of where they reside.  “Household members” shall mean people (whether or not related) who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00:00 a.m. on 6/16/08 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on 7/6/08 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter, during the Promotion Period go to www.marykay.com and complete and submit the Internet Official Entry Form  in its entirety, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number (with area code), date of birth, and email address (“Entry”).  All Entries must be received before or by 11:59:59 p.m. on 7/6/08, when Sweepstakes ends.  Repetitive automated electronic submission of Entries is specifically prohibited and such Entries are void.

Prize (s):
Twenty-one (21) Daily First Prizes (one per day): A filled color compact (in the pre-determined “look-of-the-day” color on the applicable day entry is selected). ARV: $113.50 each. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $2,383.50.

One (1) Grand Prize: A filled color compact (in pre-determined “look-of-the-day” shades) (ARV: $113.50); and a four (4) day /three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) adult guest to New York City (“Trip”) on a date that is mutually agreed on by the sponsor and the winner. Trip consists of the following elements: [1]: two (2) tickets to a live show taping of The View; [2] roundtrip coach class air transportation or train transportation for two (2) from a Sponsor-selected major U.S. gateway airport or train station near winner’s home to New York (If the winner resides within 250 miles of the Destination, they may receive ground transportation to/from their home in lieu of airline or train tickets);  [3] three (3) nights hotel accommodations in New York (one (1) standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); [4] airport or train station/hotel transfers in New York;  [5] plus a choice of one of the following three options (winner must choose one option, either A, B, or C):
