Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers the independent judging organization and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.

Beginning 6/9/08 at 12:01 PM (ET) through 8/12/08 at 11:59 AM (ET).

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/15/08 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by O, The Oprah Magazine whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value: One (1) winner will receive one beach bag filled with summer essentials from the July issue’s O List (ARV $1,000).
