MTV.com/Garnier - Rock Your House Sweepstakes 2

Eligibility :
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will need to obtain permission from their parent/legal guardian in order to enter this Sweepstakes. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (”MTVN”) and Maybelline New York - Garnier, Consumer Products Division of L’Oreal USA Inc. (”L’Oreal” and, together with MTVN, the “Co-Branded Partners”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively with the Co-Branded Partners, the “Sponsor Entities”) and any person who has won an MTVN or L’Oreal contest or sweepstakes in the preceding twelve (12) month period are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by MTVN, and by the decisions of the Sponsor Entities, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor Entities against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse or redemption of a Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined); and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.

Timing :
“Rock Your House Sweepstakes” (this “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on June 30, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 3, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 3, 2008.

How to Enter :
Visit iwantmymusic.mtv.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTVN and complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of MTVN’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries”.

Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per entrant.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Xbox 360 Core Arcade Bundle and one (1) Rock Band Special Edition for Xbox 360 (the “Grand Prize”).Secondary Prizes: Fifty (50) Secondary Prize Winners will each receive a MTV/Garnier Fructis Tee-shirt and a Garnier Fructis prize pack that will consist of hair care and/or styling products (each, a “Secondary Prize”).

The Get Your Family Ready Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The “Get Your Family Ready” Sweepstakes (”Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Timing :
From 5/2/08 (12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time ["ET"]) to 8/24/08 (11:59:59 P.M. ET) (the “Promotion Period”)

How to Enter :
By visiting http://www.panasonic.com/olympics and following the directions to fully complete and submit the official online entry form.

Limit :
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address throughout the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method used.

Prize (s):

One Hundred (100) Third Prizes: A collectible Panasonic Olympic pin set and tee shirt (ARV=$15.00).

Six (6) Second Prizes: A 42″ Viera HDTV (TH-42PX80U) and a Panasonic Full HD Blu-ray Disc Theater (BD-100) (ARV=$2,099).

One (1) Grand Prize: A Panasonic 50″ Viera HDTV (TH-50PX80U), a Panasonic Full HD Blu-ray Disc Theater (BD-100), and a seven (7) day, six (6) night trip for four (4) people (winner and up to three (3) guests) to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics (tentatively scheduled to take place from February 15 through February 21, 2010), including round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) (winner and his/her guests) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor), standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (four [4] people, two [2] rooms), four (4) passes to attend select Olympic events, ground transportation to/from the airport and applicable hotel, and ground transportation between Olympic events and applicable hotel. Insurance is the sole responsibility of winner. Certain travel, hotel restrictions, and blackout dates may apply. Specifics of Grand Prize package (including details surrounding attendance at Olympic events) are subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Dates of trip are subject to change. The total ARV of the Grand Prize Package is $27,399.
