Taco Entourage Promotion

Eligibility :
The Taco Entourage Promotion (the “Promotion”)  is open to all registered members of the Taco Entourage Panel and other individuals directly contacted by VCCI and invited to participate in the Profiling Study (“Entrants”). All Entrants must have reached the age of majority in the state in which he or she resides at the time of entry into the Promotion, and be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia with a valid email account. Employees, agents and representatives of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates, VCCI and its subsidiaries or affiliates and each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to win, nor are the parents, siblings and children of any such employee, agent or representative or any person with whom such employee, agent or representative is domiciled.

Timing :
The Taco Entourage Promotion (“Promotion”) starts on August 6th, 2008 8:00 AM Pacific Time and closes on December 31st, 2008 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

How to enter:
The Promotion is offered electronically via the Internet. All Entrants who are members of the Taco Entourage are automatically entered into the Promotion. All other Entrants may enter the Promotion by following the link in the Entrant’s invitation to the Taco Entourage website and completing the initial questionnaire online. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for completion of the Taco Entourage Profiling Survey and one (1) entry for completion of subsequent surveys during the Promotion period. Completion of Taco Entourage Surveys is not required to enter the Promotion. Entrants may enter the Promotion by using the alternate means of Promotion entry set out in item 5. Entrants may receive one (1) entry by legibly printing the Entrant’s name, street address, city, province, postal code, telephone number, complete email address, on a 3 x 5 inch (or 7.5 x 12.5 cm) piece of paper and mailing it to Vision Critical Communications Inc. Taco Entourage Panel Promotion, Vision Critical Communications Inc., Suite 700, 858 Beatty Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 1C1. Each entry must be in a separate, postmarked envelope.  All entries become the exclusive property of VCCI and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit:
Only two entries per person/per email account, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):
Five (5) winners will receive a Taco Bell® Gift Pack including Taco Bell® merchandise, one hundred ($100) Taco Bell® Bucks, redeemable at participating Taco Bell® restaurants, a one hundred dollar ($100) Target gift card, and one iPod® Nano four (4) GB MP3 Player.  Average Retail Value (ARV) of Taco Bell Gift Pack is $100; total ARV of all prizes is $850.

Choose Your Escape Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Choose Your Escape Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia age 13 and older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on May 23, 2008 and 11:59 PM (ET) on July 7, 2008

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip prize and will be able to customize trip prize from selecting one item from each of the three categories list below: Category #1 (“Trip Destination”): Winner’s choice of a trip to: Laguna Beach, CA; Miami, FL; San Juan, Puerto Rico. Category #2 (“Action Activity”): Winner’s choice of: a bike tour; or surfing lessons; or jet skiing session. Category #3 (“Relaxation Activity”): Winner’s choice of: a day at a beauty spa; or a sailboat tour; or a dinner at a local hotspot for three (3) consecutive nights. Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of any prize combination based on the aforementioned options: $11,234.00. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:234,260.

Any prize combinations selected will include the following: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and a guest to the selected Trip Destination to/from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence, four (4) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations, $2,500.00 spending money for winner (awarded in a form of a check made out to the winner’s name), and one (1) full-size rental vehicle w/unlimited mileage for duration of stay not to exceed five (5) days. To qualify for rental, primary driver must be 25 years or older with a valid drivers license and a major credit card under the same name.
