SUPERVALU Valu2-U Sweepstakes is open only to persons 18 or over at time of participation who are legal residents of AK, ID, KY, OH, OR, MT, MN, ND, PA, SD, WA, WI, WV, WY.
Timing :
SUPERVALU Valu2-U Sweepstakes begins on/about 1/25/2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time [PT] and ends 4/4/2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT
How to enter:
Obtain an Entry Code in one or more of the following ways: (1) by obtaining a game piece or viewing Promotion posters at participating SUPERVALU Retail Outlets’ stores (game pieces available while supplies last); (2) on email messages sent to you by your friends through the “tell-a-friend” service on www.valu2-u.com; (3) in SUPERVALU Retail Outlets advertising vehicles, commonly referred to as “circulars,” (excluding those distributed by USPS mail); (4) at Sponsor’s discretion, when you “opt in” to receive promotional email messages from Sponsor and in Sponsor email newsletters (sent to those who have “opted in”); (5) by accessing www.smartsource.com through a link available on www.valu2-u.com and following the instructions; or (6) by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to “SUPERVALU Valu2-U Code Request” c/o Administrator, 2000 Sierra Point Parkway, Suite 801, Brisbane, CA 94005, to be postmarked by 4/6/09 and received by 4/10/09 (one [1] Entry Code per valid request; one [1] request per stamped envelope; two [2] requests per day;). Participating SUPERVALU Retail Outlets may also make Entry Codes available in additional ways, in their sole discretion.
Once you have obtained an Entry Code, visit www.valu2-u.com and complete registration. Submit your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, gender, mailing address, city, state, zip code and phone number. Select your preferred SUPERVALU Retail Outlet. Submitted Information will be used by SUPERVALU Inc. as per its Privacy Policy. Then create a password (you are solely responsible for the security of your password). Complete or skip the optional survey and your Promotion Account will be established. Submit your first Entry Code to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) instant win game play. Potential Instant Win prize winners will receive a “Congratulations” message with a prize description and prize claim instructions. (If Entry Code is not submitted correctly, it will not be accepted). To submit additional Entry Codes, use your email address and password to log-in to your Promotion Account.
