Maxell - X Games 15 Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia that are 18 years of age or older. This Promotion is void where prohibited. Employees of the following entities and members of their families or households are not eligible for participation under any circumstances: Employees of ESPN Inc, ABC Inc, the Walt Disney Co., Maxell Corporation of America Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, printers, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors or retailers. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules.

Timing :
Promotion begins on 7/7/08 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on 7/21/08 at 5:00:00 pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
There are two ways to enter:
1) By Mail: To enter without purchase starting 07/01/08, on a 3″ x 5″ card hand print, your name, complete address, day time telephone number, and age, and mail in a first class stamped envelope to: Maxell X Games 15 Sweepstakes, Dept. 5759, PO Box 5008, Stacy, MN 55078-5008, postmarked by 09/30/08 and received by 10/11/08. One entry per outer stamped envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be honored.
2) On-line: To enter without purchase starting 07/01/08, access www.maxell-usa.com/xgames (Web site), click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Promotion registration page, and then follow the directions to HYPERLINK http://www.redbaron.com enter.

Limit :
There is a limit of one entry per person and/or e-mail address and/or household per day (12:00 AM ET to the following 11:59 PM ET) regardless of the method of entry.

Prize (s):
One Grand Prize, One winner will be awarded a trip for the winner and one guest to the Summer X Games 15 in August 2009. Grand Prize package consists of First Class round-trip air travel from major airport nearest to winner’s U.S. residence (the particular airport at Sponsor’s discretion), 4 nights’ stay at a premier 5 star Beverly Hills hotel , Private Limo at winner’s disposal for four days, and access to X Games events and activities. Particular events and activities are subject to Sponsor’s discretion. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Package is $5,000.00.

Fifteen (15) First Place Prizes, Fifteen winners will be drawn to receive a Custom Designed Maxell Blow Away Guy Skateboard Deck. ARV of skateboard is $300.

SunnyD Summer 4 Ever Road Trip Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sunny Delight Beverages Company (the “Sponsor”), Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc., their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, any other entities involved in the production and execution of this promotion, and members of the immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
The SunnyD Summer 4 Ever® Road Trip Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 4, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 26, 2008.

How to Enter :
You may enter this sweepstakes two ways:
1) To enter online, visit www.SunnyD.com, access the online entry form, complete all requested information and submit as directed. Online entries must be received by Sponsor’s server by 11:59 PM ET on October 26, 2008.
2) The Sunmobile Truck will be appearing at various events during the course of this sweepstakes. You may enter at one of these events by hand printing your name, address, telephone number and date of birth on an official entry form (while supplies last) or on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and submitting it to the SunnyD personnel at that event. Visit www.SunnyD.com for a schedule of Sunmobile Truck appearances and locations.

Limit:
Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prizes:
(2) Grand Prizes (one to be awarded on or about July 31, 2008, one to be awarded on or about October 31, 2008): A 5 day/4 night Orlando prize trip package for four people. Prize consists of round trip coach class air transportation for the winner and up to three guests, designated in writing, from a major U.S. commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence to Orlando, Florida; one quadruple-occupancy room or similar for four nights; full size rental car for up to five days; and eight multi-park admission passes to winner’s choice of Walt Disney World®, SeaWorld® Orlando or Universal Orlando®. Trip (and trip components) is/are subject to availability, blackout dates, and other restrictions may apply as dictated by travel partners. Approximate retail value of prize is $4,611.

(18) First Prizes: (3 to be awarded per drawing): a $100 gift card redeemable at a local gas station selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Gift cards are subject to terms, conditions and restrictions printed on cards.
