Mary Kay & ABC present the 2008 - Beauty of Country Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Entrants must be 18 or older and legal residents of and currently physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, independent beauty consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed or currently perform services for Sponsor, or Mary Kay, Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies or advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings and spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” shall mean people (whether or not related) who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on 9/16/08 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on 10/16/08 (“Promotion Period”). 

How to enter:
To enter, during the Promotion Period go to www.marykay.com, www.beautyofcountry.com, www.7online.com, www.abc7chicago.com, www.abc11tv.com, www.abc7.com, www.myabc30.com, www.abc13.com or www.6abc.com and complete and submit the Internet Official Entry Form in its entirety, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number (with area code), date of birth, and email address (“Entry”). All Entries must be received before or by 11:59:59 p.m. on 10/16/08, when Sweepstakes ends. Repetitive automated electronic submission of Entries is specifically prohibited and such Entries are void. The use of any system, sweepstakes club, third party, or agent to submit online entries in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Prize (s):

Aussie – End Helmet Hair Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Aussie End Helmet Hair Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing, LLC, its agencies, Resource Ventures, LLC, Marina Maher Communications, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a contest (the “Contest”) and a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

How to Enter :
During the Submission Phase, visit http://www.touchablesofthair.com/contest and follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) photo demonstrating your worst case of helmet hair, and a fifteen (15) word or fewer description of your photo (the “Submission”). By completing the registration and uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Photo Guidelines:

• The photo must be in .jpg, .gif and .png formats;
• The photo must not exceed 4 MB in size; and
• The photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.

Content Restrictions:

• The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, its agencies, Administrator or any party associated with the administration of this Promotion;
• The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
• The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks, except for the Aussie mark, for which entrant has a limited license to use for the purposes of entering a Submission into this Contest;
• The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
• The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, torturous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
• The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state or province where the Submission is created.
