Eligibility :
Open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, judges, Web masters, Web suppliers, their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, advisors, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members {parents, siblings, children, (natural, adopted, foster) and spouse}, wherever they reside and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible.

Timing :
The Staples Stock Up on Us Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on July 7, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 29, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes online, visit www.staples.com/savewithdelivery (the “Website”) and complete all required registration information. All online entries must be completed and submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the dates listed in the chart below during the Sweepstakes Period, to be eligible for the corresponding weekly drawing and all subsequent drawings, if any. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply. Sharpie and Staples - You Could Win a Ride in the Pace Car at the Sharpie 500 Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, outside the contiguous U.S./D.C. and wherever prohibited. Employees of Staples, Inc. (”Staples), Sanford, L.P., Speedway Motorsports, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, sweepstakes judges, and members of the immediate families (defined as spouses, parents, children and siblings; whether such family members are biological, adoptive, step or in-law) of such employees and those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion begins on June 11, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), ends on September 12, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 4 day/3 night trip for two to the SHARPIE 500 on August 23, 2008 at the Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee. Prize includes two tickets to the SHARPIE 500 and Food City 250 races; round trip coach airfare for two (winner and one guest) from a major airport near winner’s home (if winner lives within 150 miles of Bristol, Tennessee, round-trip limo service will be awarded in lieu of airfare. No cash balances will be awarded); ground transportation while in Bristol; three nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy); a chance to ride in the official pace car of the Sharpie 500, a Sharpie Prize Package (as described below); and $1,000 spending money for the winner.
