Eligibility :
Fruit of the Loom All-Star Game Giveaway (”Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 7/20/08. Fruit of the Loom, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), the MLB Entities (as defined below), Project Support Team, Inc. (”Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and of all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (”MLBAM” or “MLB.com”), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs (each an “MLB Club” and collectively, the “MLB Clubs”), Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the MLB Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside the continental United States and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

Timing :
Between 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (”ET”) on 7/20/08 and 4:59:59 PM ET on 8/25/08 (”Promotion Period”) .

How to enter:
Visit www.MLB.com, click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes entry form. Follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit your online entry and enter in the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 4:59:59 PM ET on 8/25/08 to be eligible. Additional entries received from any person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or e-mail address will be void.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 4-day/3-night trip for winner and (1) guest to the 2009 MLB® All-Star Game® to be played at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO (the “Grand Prize”). MLB.com - 2008 Statues On Parade Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The 2008 Statues On Parade Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or Washington D.C. where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and any person residing in their same households, whether or not related) of Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (”MLBP”), MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (”MLBAM”) (MLBAM and MLBP collectively, the “Sponsors”), the other MLB Entities, the Promotion Parties and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at noon Eastern Time (”ET”) on June 25, 2008 and ends at 11:59 a.m. on July 19, 2008 (”Entry Period”).

How to Enter :
There are three (3) ways to enter: online, by email or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period go to www.mlb.com/statues www.mlb.com/statues and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting your completed online entry form as directed, including submitting an image of you and one (1) of the forty-two (42) Statues On Parade or an image of you and any other statue in a .jpg or .pdf file not exceeding 500kb in size (each, an “Image”), you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Any Email entry which does not comply with the foregoing requirements will be disqualified. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB.com’s Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails.
2. Email Method: During the Entry Period, send an email to statues@website.mlb.com with STATUES ON PARADE as the subject line and the following information in the body of your email to receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes: your complete name (first & last), your date of birth, your mailing address (including city, state & zip) and your daytime phone number (including area code). In addition, you must attach an Image in a .jpg or .pdf file not exceeding 500kb in size. Any Email entry which does not comply with the foregoing requirements will be disqualified. Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of delivery or entry.
3. Mail-in Method: If you would like to enter the Sweepstakes without having to submit an Image, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your complete name, your date of birth, your mailing address (including city, state & zip), your daytime phone number (including area code) and e-mail address (optional) on a 3″x5″ postcard and mailing in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Statues On Parade Sweepstakes, 75 Ninth Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, NY. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 19, 2008 and received by Sponsors by July 26, 2008 to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.

The 2008 Pepsi MLB Clutch Performer of the Year Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on May 2, 2008 at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) Eastern Standard Time (”EST”) and ends on October 19, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (midnight) EST.

How to Enter :
To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links at pepsiclutch.mlb.com (the “Web Site”); and follow instructions to complete the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Grand Prize includes: two (2) tickets to the 2009 MLB® All-Star Game® (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), two (2) tickets to the 2009 State Farm® Home Run Derby® (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), round-trip coach air transportation from an airport near winner’s home within the U.S. (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, and $250 spending money.
