Eligibility :
SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AGE 18 OR OLDER AS OF 5/3/08. Employees (and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse or sibling) and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Mars Petcare US, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Weber Shandwick and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

Eligibility :
Prilosec OTC Winner’s Circle Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Promotion begins on April 22, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on September 1, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, go to http://prilosec.eprize.net/winningcircle and complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. For completing the form or logging in, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. For answering the question “Has Prilosec OTC helped you enjoy the foods you love? If so, how?” on the registration form, you will receive an additional ten (10) Sweepstakes entries. You will only be able to answer the question the first day you enter. Once you submit the form, you will advance to the Instant Win Game page. Follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
