Disney Camp Rock Family Getaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Open only to persons who are, as of the date of Entry, eight (8) years of age or older with Internet access as of June 15, 2008 and legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (collectively, “Territory”). The employees of the Sponsor, Administrator, Best Western® International, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies; the advertising, promotional and fulfillment agencies of each of them (individually and collectively, “Entities”); the members of their households and members of their immediate families, are all ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory.

Timing :
During the period commencing at 12:01 A.M., June 16, 2008 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., June 29, 2008 (“Entry Period”)

How to Enter :
This Sweepstakes may be entered via the Internet only by a registered member (“Member”) of DisneyChannel.com. For purposes of these Official Rules (“Rules”), all times and days are Pacific Daylight Time. A Member may enter the Sweepstakes by logging onto DisneyChannel.com/CampRockGetaway (“Website”), logging in with Member Name and Password and following the “How to Enter” instructions (“Entry”). If you are not a Member, you may become a Member for free by visiting the Website and registering by providing the requested information on the Registration Form through the link on the site: “Not registered?” Upon becoming a Member by registration, you may enter the Sweepstakes by following the above instructions. Parent/legal guardian (“Parent”) of a child under the age of 13 will be sent an email notifying him/her of the child’s Entry into a Sweepstakes. No response by the Parent to the email is required for the child to enter; however, if the Parent does not want his/her child to enter, Parent may click on a link in the email and complete the steps required to cancel the child’s Entry and delete the child’s information. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor if you or your Parent change email address (“Address”). To do so, go to http://register.go.com/go/memberservices/home, log into your Website account with your Member Name and Password, click on “Modify” and follow the instructions on how to change the Address.

Limit:
Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Address per day regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address.

Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip (“Trip”) for four (4) persons (“Group” consisting of “Winner” and (3) three “Guests”) to a Sponsor-selected city in the Territory in which a Best Western Hotel is located (“City”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights; [2] only for the Winner, one (1) guitar autographed by Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato and (1) amp. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for the Grand Prize: $4,882

ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: prize consists of: [1] one (1) promotional $50 Best Western Camp Rock Travel Card (redeemable at any Best Western – promotional cards expire September 17, 2009) (ARV: $50) and [2] one (1) Camp Rock Soundtrack. (ARV: $19) Total ARV of First Prize: $69.

Showtime - The Business of Pleasure Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Business of Pleasure Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 Continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of Showtime Networks Inc. (”Sponsor”), Marden-Kane, Inc. (”Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotion and production agencies are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 NOON, Eastern Time (ET) on June 16, 2008 and ends at 12:00 NOON ET on July 14, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”.)

Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-Day/2-Night trip to New York City for the Grand Prize winner and one guest along with a $1,000 FYE gift card. Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest to New York, NY from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy deluxe hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, and ground transfers in New York between the airport/hotel. All other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, ground transfers (other than those between airport/hotel), meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are responsibility of Grand Prize winner and guest. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $3,500.
