How to enter:
To enter, complete an online Official Entry Form, available at www.cpgraceresults.com (”Web Site”) during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. You can submit entry materials online only at the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Entrants must follow the entry instructions and provide complete and accurate information in all of the information fields on the entry form. When your entry is complete, click on the area marked “Enter Now!” Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified.
