Men’s Vogue Singapore Grand Prix Giveaway

Eligibility :
Men’s Vogue Singapore Grand Prix Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor, the judging organization (if applicable), or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.

Timing :
Promotion starts 12:01 a.m. EST 8/16/08 and ends 11:59 p.m. EST 9/5/08, when all entries must be received (”Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
Visit www.mensvogue.com during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit:
One entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
There will be one (1) winner. The prize is (a) two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport closest to the winner’s primary residence in the US to Singapore (ARV $3000 USD); (b) one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (4) nights at a four- or five-star hotel selected by the Sponsors (ARV $1500); (d) two (2) tickets to the SingTel Singapore Grand Prix on September 28, 2008 (ARV $1000).

Ambassadors of Rock Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
To enter the Sweepstakes you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec, and where restricted or prohibited by law.  Employees of Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator and their respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of the immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and households (whether related or not) of such employees, are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Timing :
The Ambassadors of Rock Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 3:01 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (11:01 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time [“GMT”]) on May 30, 2008 and ends at 12:00 noon PT (8:00 p.m. GMT) on August 8, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter, visit www.hardrock.com (the “website”), fill in the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period. Any entry containing an invalid email address will be disqualified.  Any use of automated, robotic, macro, programmed or similar quick-entry programs is prohibited.  Entries must be received by 12:00 noon PT (8:00 p.m. GMT) on August 8, 2008.  Neither Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. (“Sponsor”) nor RPMC, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”) will verify receipt of entries.  All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Limit:
There is a limit of one entry per person and per email address per day using this method of entry.

Prize (s):

Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize consists of one trip for two (2) to attend one (1) Hard Rock Cafe concert (“Concert”) at a location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Destination City”).  For a current list of Destination Cities, please visit www.hardrock.com.   Such locations are subject to change, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Each trip will include round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major international airport gateway nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence to the Destination City and the following components in such Destination City:  four (4) nights first-class hotel accommodations (double occupancy); admission for two (2) to the Concert; sight-seeing tour of the city for two (2); US$500.00 spending money (for winner only); round-trip sedan transportation between airport and hotel; and round-trip ground transportation (via taxicab allowance) between hotel and the Concert. The winner of each Grand Prize and his/her travel companion must travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor and on the same itinerary.  If a winner cannot travel on such dates, he/she may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, if time permits. In the event a winner is a legal resident of the United States (“U.S. Winner”), the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV“) for each Grand Prize will be US$6,000.00.
