Eligibility :
Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Released Parties (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in or win the Sweepstakes. Timing :
Beginning 9:00am Eastern Time (”ET”) on August 25, 2008 through 11:59pm ET on September 21, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).

How to enter:
Log on to http://www.ivillage.com/thewomen, click on the Sweepstakes banner and follow the on-screen entry instructions to enter. Sweepstakes consists of four (4) weekly drawings (”Weekly Drawings”) and one (1) Grand Prize drawing (”Grand Prize Drawing”). Entries for each Weekly Drawing must be received by the “End Date” for that particular Weekly Drawing as specified in the chart below. Each entry for any Weekly Drawing also constitutes an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. The only means of entry into the Grand Prize Drawing is by submitting an entry for a Weekly Drawing. Entries for the last Weekly Drawing (week four) must be received by 11:59pm ET on September 21, 2008, which is also the deadline to be eligible for entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per unique email address or person or household per day as determined by name and unique email address for a maximum of seven (7) entries per Weekly Drawing and twenty eight (28) entries for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Prize (s):
