Johnson’s - Shampoo Beautiful Hair Photo Contest

Eligibility :
Johnson’s Shampoo Beautiful Hair Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company Division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. (”Sponsor”), ePrize, LLC (”Administrator”) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of such persons, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
The Contest begins on April 30 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on July 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Contest Period, visit http://nomoretugging.eprize.net/beautifulhair (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including your name, telephone number (area code included), email address, and complete home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and upload one (1) photo of your child that depicts his/her healthy, beautiful hair (collectively, the “Entry”). You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the photo. If requested by Sponsor, entrant must be able to provide proof that he/she is such child’s parent or legal guardian in a form acceptable to Sponsor. All photos must be of a child between one (1) and five (5) years of age at the time of submission. Photos cannot have been taken more than six (6) months prior to submission. By completing the registration and submitting your photo, you agree that your Entry conforms to these Official Rules, including the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”), and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may void your Entry and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules, including the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Photo Guidelines:

• The photo must be in .jpg format;
• The photo must not exceed 4 MB in size;
• The photo must not have been taken professionally;
• The photo must only contain one (1) child;
• The photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means; and
• If photo was taken by someone other than yourself, you must have that person’s consent to submit the photo in this Contest and grant the rights granted herein.

Content Restrictions:

• The photo must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
• The photo must not contain brand names or trademarks;
• The photo must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
• The photo must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The photo must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
• The photo must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where photo is created.

 

Limit :
Entrant may enter up to five (5) Entries, each containing one (1) photograph of a unique child, up to one (1) per day, during the Contest Period.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip for four (4) (winner and up to three (3) guests) to WALT DISNEY WORLD® in Orlando, FL. Trip package includes round trip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; four (4) nights standard accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); five (5) day DISNEY’S® Magic Your Way Plus Park Hopper passes for four (4) people; and shuttle service to and from DISNEY® theme parks. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Aussie – End Helmet Hair Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Aussie End Helmet Hair Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing, LLC, its agencies, Resource Ventures, LLC, Marina Maher Communications, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a contest (the “Contest”) and a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

By completing the registration and uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
