Eligibility :
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

Timing :
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Time (”PT”) on October 14, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on November 17, 2008, (”Promotion Period”)

How to enter:
Visit http://www.shockwave.com/sponsors/hasbro/scrabble/index.jsp and complete the registration form with your first and last name, street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, e-mail address, telephone number including area code and date of birth. Your entry will be included in the respective Weekly Drawing based on the date and time you submitted your entry.

Limit:
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per e-mail address per Weekly Drawing and a limit of one (1) prize per person per household.

Eligibility :
To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, or Washington, D.C. , and be thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of registration. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after January 1, 2008, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust (SFAFT) (the “Sponsor”), SUBWAY® restaurants, Doctor’s Associates Inc., Hasbro Inc., Frito-Lay, Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., Electronic Arts, Inc., Unique Vacations, Inc., American Airlines, Inc., Garmin International Inc., Gibson Guitar Corp., or their parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, or service agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least three (3) of the twelve (12) months preceding the start of the Game Piece Collection Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories. Timing :
Starting August 8, 2008 at 08:00:01 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and ending September 29, 2008 at 10:59:59 PM CST, or while supply of Official Game Pieces (“Official Game Pieces”) lasts.

How to enter:
During the Online Game Period, every time you enter a valid Unique Game Code, whether as a first time registrant or a return participant, you will automatically be entered for a chance to win an Online Instant Win Game prize. The Unique Game Code is not used to determine winners; instead, Online Instant Win Game prizes are randomly time selected throughout the Online Game Period and awarded to the first person who plays on or after the time the prize is randomly selected. The time of day when you play the Online Instant Win Game during the Game Piece Collection Period, as recorded by the Web site technology, and the number of entries received will solely determine whether or not you are a potential winner. When you enter your Unique Game Code, the Online Instant Win Game will generate a message that pops up telling you if you are a potential winner (subject to verification).
