Eligibility :
This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry, and residents of Canada who are the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside as of time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing :
There will be 6 monthly drawings: July (which starts at 12:01 a.m. ET on 6/30/08), August, September, October, November and December. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the months of July, August, September, October and November to be eligible for those months’ drawings and to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

How to Enter :
Eligible U.S. residents may visit www.dawn-dish.com and eligible Canadian residents may visit www.dawn-dish.ca and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) each day during the promotion period to be eligible for that day’s prize drawing. There will be 6 monthly drawings: July (which starts at 12:01 a.m. ET on 6/30/08), August, September, October, November and December. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the months of July, August, September, October and November to be eligible for those months’ drawings and to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 1/4/09 to be eligible for the final daily prize drawing, the December monthly prize drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. Non-winning daily and monthly entries will not be rolled over into subsequent daily and monthly drawings but will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

Prize (s):

Eligibility :
HSN Come On In and Win (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of HSN Interactive LLC, The Conde Nast Publications, Inc., and ePrize, LLC, and their parents, subsidiaries and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”).

Timing :
The Promotion begins on June 25, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on July 29, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, go to http://www.hsn.com/comeonin and complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. With this initial registration you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the Grand Prize. You will then be asked to select the celebrity prize (”Celebrity Prize”) you would most like to win. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the Celebrity Prize selected. You will only be able to select one (1) Celebrity Prize during the Promotion Period. You will then advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. On days when you subsequently login, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the Celebrity Prize selected during registration, and one (1) Instant Win Game play. Entries for each Celebrity Prize will be collected until the day prior to the drawing date for each Celebrity Prize as outlined in Section 5 below.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) RING DESIGNED WITH YOU IN MIND PRIZE: A custom designed ring from Jean Dousset and $3,000 in cash to assist the winner in paying taxes on the value of the prize will be awarded. Eligibility :
To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States, and you must not be an employee, officer or director of Helzberg Diamonds or any of its affiliated companies (including advertising and credit agencies) or an immediate family member of any such person.

Timing :
The entry period begins May 12, 2008 and ends September 6, 2008.

How to Enter :
Only one entry per person will be accepted. You may enter by: (a) completing an official entry form at any Helzberg Diamonds retail store and depositing it in a sweepstakes deposit box at the store by the close of business on September 6, 2008; or (b) completing an online entry and submitting it electronically by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 6, 2008.
