D’Angelo Surf, Turf and Win Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Entrants may not be employees of the Sponsor, The Boston Red Sox, or of subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies or prize donors, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of them, or persons living in their households.

Timing :
The D’Angelo “Surf, Turf and Win” Sweepstakes will begin on July 7, 2008 and end on August 22, 2008 at 11:59 pm EDT.

How to enter:
the “Surf, Turf and Win” Sweepstakes may be entered by wireless text messaging from your mobile phone. To enter, send a text message with the promotion code to 41513. The promotion code may be found on your D’Angelo receipt or you may request the code from a D’Angelo team member. The promotion code will be changed each week. To enter each weekly drawing send a text message with that week’s promotion code to 41513. You will also receive an additional entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

If you are not a wireless service subscriber or you are a wireless service subscriber and do not wish to enter via the above method you may enter the sweepstakes by mail. To enter by mail send your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, age, and email address on a 3” x 5” card in a sealed envelope to: D’Angelo “Surf, Turf and Win” Sweepstakes”, D’Angelo, 600 Providence Highway, Dedham, MA 02026. Your entry will be included in the weekly drawing for the promotion period during which it is received. You will also receive an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. You may enter each week to be included in the weekly drawings and to receive one additional entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

Limit :
Up to seven total entries may be sent (one for each promotion period).

Prize (s):
The Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the sweepstakes. All entries received by Text Message or Mail-in by sweepstakes end date will be eligible for a Grand Prize drawing. One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of four Tickets for the game between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees to be held at Yankee Stadium on August 28, 2008. All game delay provisions will apply. Each Grand Prize will include the following:

- Four tickets to Yankee Stadium for the Red Sox vs. Yankees Game scheduled for August 28, 2008.
- Over night hotel accommodations for four people in two rooms (double occupancy)
- Amtrak Business Class transportation between Boston, MA and Penn Station, NY
- Food and local transportation per diem for two days

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.

Weekly Prize: Two Red Sox Tickets will be awarded weekly to three winners (tickets will indicate the specific game and date at Fenway Park, cannot be changed/exchanged and normal game rules apply for rain days and other date changes.) Approximate Retail Value: $150.

Dunkin’ Donuts - Salute the Fan Card Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Worcester, Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket counties of Massachusetts; Windham county of Vermont; and Merrimack, Belknap, Hillsborough, Rockingham, Strafford and Cheshire counties of New Hampshire, 18 years of age or older who have internet access prior to May 12, 2008 and who have a registered Dunkin Donuts Card. Employees of Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., DB AdFund Administrator LLC (”Sponsors”), DB Master Finance LLC, Dunkin’ Donuts Advertising & Sales Promotion Fund, The Boston Red Sox, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees and their employees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, Ryan Partnership (collectively, “Released Parties”) and members of the immediate family ( spouse, parents, siblings, children or “step” of each, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of this Sweepstakes), are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Timing :
The “Salute the Fan” Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (”EDT”) on May 12, 2008 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 29, 2008 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
1.) Customers who have registered their Dunkin’ Donuts Gift Card will automatically receive (1) entry for every purchase transaction made using their Dunkin? Donuts Card during the Sweepstakes Period. Transactions such as recharging the card or checking a card balance will not count as a purchase transaction. To register your Dunkin’ Donuts card visit www.dunkindonuts.com/SaluteTheFan. Limit 3 entries per registered Cardholder per day.

2.)Free Method of Entry: To enter the Promotion without a card purchase or registration go to https://www.dunkindonuts.com/contests/Red_Sox_Enter.aspx, during the Sweepstakes Period, and complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. In order to enter, you must first create an account by visiting www.dunkindonuts.com. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit three online entries per person per day.
