Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Timing :
THE HERSHEY’S/ MAKE S’MORE WEEKEND FUN WITH BRAD PAISLEY SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) ENTRY PERIOD BEGINS AT 12:00:00 A.M. EASTERN TIME (ET) (MIDNIGHT) ON MAY 1, 2008 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. ON NOVEMBER 1, 2008 (THE “SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD”).

How to Enter :
Visit www.hersheys.com/paisley  (the “Web site”) during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Sweepstakes entry page.  Follow the online instructions to complete the Official Online Entry Form and submit as instructed to register for the Sweepstakes.

Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per name/address/e-mail address per day regardless of the method of entry.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize:  A trip for winner and nine (9) guests to attend a private Brad Paisley Concert.  Exact date and location of concert to be determined at a later date by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Travel is expected to occur between December 2008 and March 2009. Trip consists of: Double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for winner and guests for two (2) nights and $2,500 spending money (payable to winner in the form of a check). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $15,000.00.  Actual value of trip prize depends on city, day, and time of departure.  The difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded to winner.  In lieu of the trip prize, winner may take a cash alternative of $10,000.00.

Ten (10) First Prizes: Winner will receive a “Karaoke Kit” to include: Karaoke machine, Electric Guitar, two (2) Brad Paisley karaoke CD’s, standee and two (2) t-shirts.  ARV: $500.00 each.

Follow the instructions online to play and you will receive a Code via e-mail.

Register at the Micro-Site

Access www.myconcertwithjulie.com (”Micro-Site”) and click on the icon, banner, or text link to access the registration page. Then:

1. Complete the registration form with your complete name, e-mail address, mailing address, primary phone number, date of birth, and zip Code and confirm that you have read and agree to these Official Rules.

2. Enter your Code exactly as it appears on your specially-marked package material or free Code obtained online. If it is not entered exactly as it appears, it will not be accepted.

3. You will be asked to complete a brief survey. Your answers will have no effect on your ability to participate or win.

4. Follow the directions to submit the registration information and the Code to enter the Promotion.

Grand Prize
A private concert performed by Julie Roberts. The concert is to take place at a venue and at a time and on a date during 2008 selected solely by the Sponsor; (and subject to Ms. Roberts’ availability) and in or within 150 miles of the winner’s hometown. The winner may invite no more than 100 guests to the concert and must provide an exact number of guests to the Sponsor within 10 days of receiving the award letter. Grand Prize also includes limo transportation to and from the event, and one-night hotel stay (double occupancy) for winner and one guest. Winner receives a $500.00 shopping spree delivered via a pre-paid debit card; and $100.00 spending money.
