Eligibility :
The “Touch the Possibilities” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., Hewlett Packard Company, Davie Brown Entertainment and RealTime Media, Inc. (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void outside the United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (”EDT”) on Monday, September 15, 2008 and ends at 12:00:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:

You will then arrive at the Sweepstakes registration page.  Complete the entry form with your true and correct information and click the “Submit” button. After entering your registration information and clicking on the “Submit” button, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, a day shall mean a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Limit:
LIMIT one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day.

The Canon New Baby Photo Contest

Eligibility :
The Canon New Baby Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, have photo-capturing and uploading capabilities as of November 1, 2007 and are not a professional photographer, i.e., a person who has earned 51% or more of his/her annual income by taking, selling, or marketing photos, whether as an employee or as a freelance photographer, during the last three (3) years. Employees of Canon U.S.A., Inc., ePrize, LLC, and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Timing :
The Contest begins on December 1, 2007 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on August 1, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter :
