Flavor Chase Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of MA, MI and VA) who are smokers 21 years of age or older at time of registration and entry, and have been qualified to participate. Sweepstakes also open to legal residents of GA, IN and TX who are smokeless tobacco consumers 21 years of age or older at time of registration and have been qualified to participate. Smokeless tobacco consumers who are legal residents of GA, IN or TX at the time of registration but subsequently move to any state other than MA, MI or VA are eligible to continue to participate. Residents of MA, MI and VA are not eligible to register or enter this Sweepstakes. Void in MA, MI, VA and where prohibited by law. Employees of Philip Morris USA Inc. (”Presenter”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Timing :
Registration begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 5/15/08 and runs through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/08.

How to Enter :
Visit www.flavorchase.com and follow the online instructions for first-time visitors. If you do not have a 9-digit Personal Code, you will be required to provide your date of birth and electronically certify that you are either a smoker 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or D.C. OR that you are a smokeless tobacco consumer 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of GA, IN or TX. Information submitted is subject to validation and will be confirmed through a third-party data source. Upon successful validation, you will be required to create a Login ID and password and complete the online registration process.

Once registered, you will be eligible to submit your daily entry. Limit one registration per person.

Johnson’s Shampoo Beautiful Hair Photo Contest

Eligibility :
JOHNSON’S® Shampoo Beautiful Hair Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Contest begins on April 30 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on July 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Contest Period, visit http://nomoretugging.eprize.net/beautifulhair (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including your name, telephone number (area code included), email address, and complete home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and upload one (1) photo of your child that depicts his/her healthy, beautiful hair (collectively, the “Entry”). You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the photo. If requested by Sponsor, entrant must be able to provide proof that he/she is such child’s parent or legal guardian in a form acceptable to Sponsor. All photos must be of a child between one (1) and five (5) years of age at the time of submission. Photos cannot have been taken more than six (6) months prior to submission.

Limit :
Entrant may enter up to five (5) Entries, each containing one (1) photograph of a unique child, up to one (1) per day, during the Contest Period.

The Canon New Baby Photo Contest

Eligibility :
The Canon New Baby Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, have photo-capturing and uploading capabilities as of November 1, 2007 and are not a professional photographer, i.e., a person who has earned 51% or more of his/her annual income by taking, selling, or marketing photos, whether as an employee or as a freelance photographer, during the last three (3) years. Employees of Canon U.S.A., Inc., ePrize, LLC, and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Timing :
The Contest begins on December 1, 2007 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on August 1, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Submission Phase, visit www.canonestore.com/babyphoto (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) photo of your baby (the “Photo”).

Limit :
Maximum of six (6) entries per person/per valid email address.

Prize(s) :
