Eligibility :
You must be thirteen (13) years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States residing in the fifty (50) states or District of Columbia at the time of entry to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. Any prize won by a minor under the age of 18 (19 in AL or NE) will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign all prize acceptance documents and accept prize on behalf of minor. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency if requested by Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. Employees of Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, Yahoo! Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, distributors, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and the immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and persons living in the same household as such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win.

Pepsi Smash Fergie Online Sweepstakes starts June 2, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. EST and ends July 13, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter :
No Purchase Necessary, and no entry fee, payment or proof-of-purchase necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes go to www.PepsiSmash.com during the Sweepstakes Period and register for the Promotion by using your Yahoo! ID along with a complete, valid name, address, phone number, gender and date of birth. If you are not an existing Yahoo! ID holder, you will be required to create a free Yahoo! ID (”Account”) prior to registering for the Sweepstakes. There is no purchase or other obligation incurred by creating a Yahoo! ID and a credit card is not required

Grand Prize includes the following: round coach trip air transportation for two (2) persons (winner and one travel guest) from airport near winner’s residence within the continental U.S. to an airport in the Los Angeles, CA area (itinerary, carrier and airports to be determined by Sponsor); hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (standard double occupancy hotel room); two (2) tickets to the Pepsi Smash Live Concert on August 30, 2008; and $200 spending cash; one (1) re-released The Dutchess’ CD. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN, YOU MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE (AND AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE) AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.

The 2008 Pepsi MLB Clutch Performer of the Year Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on May 2, 2008 at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) Eastern Standard Time (”EST”) and ends on October 19, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (midnight) EST.
How to Enter :
To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links at pepsiclutch.mlb.com (the “Web Site”); and follow instructions to complete the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor and/or MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails. Grand Prize includes: two (2) tickets to the 2009 MLB® All-Star Game® (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), two (2) tickets to the 2009 State Farm® Home Run Derby® (seat location(s) at the game shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), round-trip coach air transportation from an airport near winner’s home within the U.S. (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, and $250 spending money.
