Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia - Touch The Possibilities Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The “Touch the Possibilities” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., Hewlett Packard Company, Davie Brown Entertainment and RealTime Media, Inc. (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void outside the United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (”EDT”) on Monday, September 15, 2008 and ends at 12:00:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://www.marthastewart.com/touchsmart (the “Website”). You will then arrive at the Sweepstakes registration page.  Complete the entry form with your true and correct information and click the “Submit” button. After entering your registration information and clicking on the “Submit” button, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, a day shall mean a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Limit:
LIMIT one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner: Grand Prize includes one (1) HP TouchSmart PC, one (1) HP Total Care Service Plan, one (1) HP Notebook PC and one (1) HP All-in-One Printer. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize is $2,740.00.

Three (3) Runner-ups: Runner-up prize is the HP Notebook PC. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize is $700.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$4,840.00

Epocrates Online Laptop Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (D.C.), 13 years or older, and shall be constructed and evaluated according to U.S. law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of the 50 United States or D.C. Employees of Reserve Brands Inc., Ruder Finn, American Eagle Foundation, The Dollywood Company or their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or any promotion, advertising, judging or public relations company doing business with any of the above, or any of their respective families, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or a member of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse, regardless of where they live) or people who live in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or to participate in the voting process. The laws of the U.S.A. govern the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Timing :
Sweepstakes starts September 2, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends September 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
Each day that you log in to Epocrates Online during the sweepstakes period constitutes a single entry into the drawing. A “day” is defined as 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time through 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time. To log in to Epocrates Online, simply visit http://online.epocrates.com/home, click “Sign In,” and enter your username and password. Then access the product by searching the clinical databases.

If you are not registered on the www.epocrates.com site and/or do not wish to use the Epocrates Online web-based reference and you wish to place an entry, you can send an email to: drawing@epocrates.com. The email must contain the words “Laptop Drawing Entry” in the subject line.

One email per name and per email address per day

Prize (s):
Five (5) prizes will be awarded each consisting of an HP Pavilion tx2000z laptop and an Epocrates-branded laptop case (approximate retail value of each prize is $1,085.)
