Dell – Dell’s Synergistic Mission Critical Out-of-the-Box Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Dell’s Synergistic Mission Critical Out-of-the-Box Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) (excluding Colorado) who represent small and medium businesses (1 to 500 employees) headquartered in the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.  Employees of Dell Inc. , DaVinci, RTC Relationship Marketing, Enfatico, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Colorado and where prohibited.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”).

Timing :
The Promotion begins on July 31, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on September 3, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, go to www.dell.com/smb/buzzwordsweeps and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form including, the name of the small or medium business you represent, a valid business address and email address..  P.O. Boxes are not permitted.  You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.

Limit :
Each participant may receive one (1) play/entry per day during the Promotion Period by registering or logging in, and one (1) bonus entry total during the Promotion Period for clicking on the link to learn more about receiving emails from Sponsor.

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older as of their time of entry. Employees and agents, including their family (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their household (whether or not related), of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, distributors, divisions, agencies or of any related entity, including any consultants to Sponsor, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 PST on July 21, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PST on August 17, 2008 (”End Date”).

How to enter:
There are 2 ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) by completing the entry form on the west elm website located at: www.westelm.com/sweeps. Send your entry by clicking submit entry on the bottom of the completed entry form. The entry form may be accessed by clicking on the email address above, or by going to http://www.westelm.com and clicking on the link ‘enter here’ in the left hand side of the promo box; or (2) by completing the entry form found in the west elm catalog and bringing the entry form to your local west elm store. All entries must be received by the End Date.

Limit :
Only one entry per family unit is allowed (a family unit is those persons having the same last name and address).

You are eligible to enter this Contest if you meet the following requirements at time of entry:

• You are a teacher / faculty member at an accredited K-12 educational institution located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (For the purposes of this Contest, home schools are not eligible);

Timing :
This Contest starts at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on May 15th, 2008, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 15, 2008 (”Entry Period”).

How to Enter :

• Fill out the registration form/teacher profile
• Fill in a “title” for the story, the grade you teach, and the state you teach in
• Write your story in the text box field
