Nokia Rock and Reel Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of AL or NE) and have an active e-mail address as of  9/2/08. Employees of RealNetworks, Inc. and David Kessler & Associates, Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies, (collectively with Sponsor, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, and each of their respective spouses) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above, are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Proof of eligibility may be required.

Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:01 pm ET on 9/2/08 and ends at 2:59:59 pm ET on 9/30/08 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
To enter, complete an online entry form at www.rollingstoneextras.com/nokiasweeps with all required information and submit as instructed. All entries must be received by 2:59:59 pm ET on 9/30/08. If you do not want to be contacted for promotional purposes, please uncheck the opt-in box on the online entry form.

Limit:
Limit one entry per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a two (2) day, one (1) night trip for the winner and five (5) guests, who must each be at least 18 years old (19 if a resident of AL or NE) by the time of travel (unless a guest is the Grand Prize winner’s minor child or ward; see Rule 7, below), to Los Angeles, CA to see a Nokia/T-Mobile performance starring Avril Lavigne on October 14, 2008 at the Nokia Theatre LA Live Plaza.  Prize includes: roundtrip coach air travel for six (6) to the performance city; standard, double occupancy accommodations in three (3) rooms in a hotel selected by Sponsor; ground transfers between the airport and hotel; and six (6) invitations to the performance, six (6) backstage passes, plus one (1) Nokia 5310 or Nokia 5610 mobile phone (for winner).

Eligibility :

Go to www.nokiausa.com/askspike (“Web Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period, and click on the “Enter” link and follow the online instructions to register and submit your question for Spike Lee (“Entry”). No minimum word count is required. Question will not be judged, but Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant should his/her submitted question be in poor taste, obscene, offensive or inappropriate for publication (all as solely determined by Sponsor). You will need to review these Official Rules and check the box indicating “I Accept These Rules & Regulations” and complete the requested registration information. The registration fields consist of first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, email address, date of birth. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. Participants may opt-in to receive email communications from Nokia. Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California to attend the Nokia Productions Premiere and ask Spike Lee your question in person. Prize includes: round-trip coach airfare from airport nearest winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA, hotel accommodations (single room; double occupancy) for two (2) nights, ground transportation to/from hotel and to/from the premiere, two (2) passes to attend the premiere, $700 cash (awarded in the form of a check to the winner) and a Nokia N95 8GB (no mobile phone service included). If winner lives within 100 miles of destination city, airfare portion of prize will be forfeited with no additional compensation being paid in exchange therefore. Travel scheduled to occur from October 13, 2008 through October 15, 2008, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and based on availability and Mr. Lee’s schedule.

How to Enter :
Look inside specially marked Nokia 5310 or 5610 XpressMusic phone boxes, available at participating retailers while supplies last, for a game piece with a game code.  To request a free game code, while supplies last, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (VT residents may omit postage) to: XpressMusic Ticket Offer Game Piece Request, P.O.
