The Cotton All-Access Entertainment System Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Open only to residents of the forty-eight continental U.S. states and the District of Columbia, except Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii, who, as of date of entry, are 17 years of age or older, have access to the Internet, and have not purchased Internet service in order to participate in this Sweepstakes. Employees and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, shareholders, officers, printers, distributors, advertising agencies, and prize suppliers, and their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

Timing :
Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on December 1, 2008.

How to enter:
To enter, complete and submit your online entry form at www.accesscotton.com (the “Web site”).  In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the winner will be the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted on the online entry form. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Prize (s):
One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of an All-Access Entertainment center, a custom-painted washing machine (est. retail value: $3,000). Prize customized to remove washing machine components and insert a variety of home electronics equipment components including LCD screens, surround-sound speakers, iPod®, iPod® Touch, Wii™ systems, etc. No clothing may be laundered in washing machine prize. Customized machine operates via a standard 110v electrical outlet. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

This Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States only. Void in Vermont, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Timing :

Eligibility :
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and registered People’s Choice members as of the date of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble Productions (”Sponsor”), Nintendo of America Inc., and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.

Timing :
The sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on June 4, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 12, 2008.

How to Enter :
There are two ways to enter. To enter online, access www.pcaVOTE.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 12, 2008. Normal time rates, if any, charged by Internet service provider will apply. To enter by mail, hand print your name, address, telephone number, age, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a No. 10 envelope with first-class postage affixed to “Enter for a Chance to Win a Wii Fit Party in Your Living Room!” Sweepstakes Entry, c/o Alliance, 777 Third Avenue, 6th Floor, New York, 10017.
