NIVEA body Backstage Pass Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater, and have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Employees, officers and directors of NIVEA and its parent, subsidiaries, agents and suppliers, as well as their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents), are not eligible to win. NIVEA has the right to verify the eligibility of each winner.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on August 24, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 24, 2008 (the “Sweepstake Period”). Entries must be received by NIVEA at or before 11:59 p.m. ET on September 24, 2008 to be eligible.

How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.NIVEAusa.com/rockwitchu and follow the online instructions for entry. Follow the instructions provided for online entry and complete in full and transmit the online entry form, which must include your name, address and e-mail address. After submitting the required information on the online entry form, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. By registering, you will be enrolled as a member of Club Blue and a subscriber to our Club Blue Newsletter. You may opt out of Club Blue membership or your subscription at any time.

Limit:
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the manner in which the entrant obtains online access to the Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):
Two (2) prizes in total: Each prize is a trip for the winner and a guest to attend a concert at Janet Jackson’s Rock Witchu Tour. The winner and guest will have the opportunity to “meet and greet” Ms. Jackson at the concert venue. One winner and guest will attend a concert on October 17, 2008 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and the other winner and guest will attend a concert on October 22, 2008 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. Each trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner’s city of residence within the continental United States to an airport near the destination concert venue; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) at a hotel selected by NIVEA; two (2) passes to the applicable Janet Jackson concert on the date of the prize concert; a “meet and greet” with Ms. Jackson at a time and location in or near the concert venue convenient for Ms. Jackson; ground transportation to and from the concert venue; and cash or vouchers of $250.00 for meals. NIVEA will determine which prize goes to each of the winners, by random selection.

Approximate retail value of each prize: $2,300. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4,600.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$4,400.00.

MasterCard Roots Of Rock Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of 50 US or DC, 18 or older as of 7/1/08, except employees & their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, & siblings & their respective spouses) & those living in same household of each of MasterCard International Incorporated (“Sponsor”), MasterCard FIs, Jon Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney, & Eric Clapton (collectively, “Participating Artists”), Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”), & each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, & advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”, including but not limited to, Participating Artists). Subject to applicable federal, state, & local laws & regulations. Void where prohibited.

Timing :
Begins 7/1/08, 12:00:01AM Central Time (“CT”) & ends 8/31/08, 11:59:59PM CT (“Promo Period”).

How to enter:

Additional (“add’l”) online entries received (“rec’d”) from any person or email address thereafter will be void. Limit :
Limit (1) online entry per person, despite number of email addresses used, during each Promo Period day (day is the 24-hour period beginning 12:00:01AM CT & ending 11:59:59PM CT).

Prize (s):
A total of (5) prizes will be awarded, each including winner’s choice of (1) trip Option for winner & up to (3) guests with total trip expenses not to exceed $15,000. Each 5-day/4-night trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from major US airport nearest winner’s residence, (2) standard double occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from airport, applicable hotel & select activities determined by Sponsor, a meet-&-greet with applicable artist, a guided tour of concert venue & host city, (4) tickets to selected concert, & $4,000 spending money which may be used to help offset taxes.
