Eligibility : The New in Town Sweepstakes (”the Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories, and possessions), who are 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER as of May 25, 2009 (”Entrant” or “Entrants”).
Promotion Period : The New in Town Sweepstakes begins at 12 a.m. Mountain Time on May 21, 2009, and ends at 12 a.m. Mountain Time on June 20, 2009.
How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, log on towww.overstock.com/newintown and click “Enter Sweepstakes.” Fill-out and submit the registration information required.
Prize (s):
One (1) qualifying Entrant will receive One (1) “New In Town” Furnish Your Room valued at $2500.

Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia located in the U.S. at the time of entry who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.
Timing :
The New In Town New You Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about January 16, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 2, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:

The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of January 5, 2009.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on January 5, 2009 and ends at 9:59:59 a.m. Pacific Time on February 1, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
