Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States (except Florida) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. You are not authorized to enter if you are not located within the United States. Employees of Sponsors, participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Florida, outside the other 49 states and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.

Timing :
Entries will be accepted beginning 12:01 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on August 1, 2008, and ending 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2008.

How to enter:
Log on to www.luckymag.com/breaks to access, complete, and submit the entry form as instructed. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Nextar, Inc., 1661 Fairplex Dr., La Verne, CA 91750, and The Condé Nast Publications, 4 Times Square, New York, NY 10036 (”Sponsors”), the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form. Seventy (70) potential winners will be selected by random drawing on or around October 15, 2008, and will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.

Eligibility :
This promotion is open only to legal residents of The United States of America. The laws in some places don’t allow Lonely Planet to run this promotion, in which case the promotion and these conditions of entry are void in those places. Also, you can’t enter this promotion if you (or your immediate families or housemates) are employed by Lonely Planet, Fanscape, UMG Nashville or their subsidiaries and affiliated companies. If you are under 18, you have to get permission from your parents or legal guardian to enter.

How to enter:
To enter, go to www.lonelyplanet.com/backyardadventures and complete an entry form. You don’t have to buy anything to enter. You can only enter once we’ll make confetti out of any extra entries you submit. Your entry is received at the time Lonely Planet receives it. If your dog eats your entry, it’s not Lonely Planet’s fault. If your entry gets lost in cyberspace or doesn’t arrive for any other reason, that’s not Lonely Planet’s fault either. Lonely Planet might have to change the dates of the promotion, but only if it’s totally unavoidable (and we’ll let you know if we do).
