La Quinta - Bright Spot Challenge

Eligibility :
The Bright Spot Challenge (the “Promotion“)  is only legal U.S. residents who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older are eligible to participate in the Promotion and win a prize. Sponsor, SCA Promotions, Inc. (”Administrator“), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities“) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize.

Timing :
The Bright Spot Challenge (the “Promotion“) begins on or about August 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET“) and ends on September 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
Visit the web site www.lq.com/brightspotchallenge (the “Website“). If this is your first visit to the Website, you must first complete the registration form with the information requested. All requested information on the registration form at the Website must be completed to participate in the Promotion and to be eligible to win a prize.

Limit:
Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a four (4) night/five (5) day trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the LXR Boca Raton Resort & Club. The prize includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest, four (4) nights’ hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) and a rental car for the duration of the stay (subject to winner’s compliance with the standard rental car company’s terms and conditions), 1,000 eMusic downloads, an MP3 player, and a $500 Visa Gift Card.

Six-Hundred and Ten (610) Free Night Prizes are available (Ten (10) Free Night Prizes will be awarded each day of the Promotion Period). Each Free Night Prize consists of one night’s stay at a participating La Quinta property. Free Night Prize is subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates. The approximate retail value (”ARV“) of each Free Night Prize is $150.

Sixty-One (61) Returns Points Prizes are available (one (1) Returns Points Prize will be awarded each day of the Promotion Period). Each Returns Points Prize consists of 6,000 La Quinta Returns points. Winner must be a registered La Quinta Returns member to receive prize. Registration is free. Sixty-One (61) Gas Card Prizes are available (one (1) Gas Card Prize will be awarded each day of the Promotion Period). Each Gas Card Prize consists of a $75 Visa® Gift Card.

Sixty-One (61) Music Download Prizes are available (one (1) Music Download Prize will be awarded each day of the Promotion Period). Each Music Download Prize consists of forty (40) music downloads from eMusic. The ARV of each Music Download Prize is $9.99.

Twenty (20) Wall Street Journal Prizes are available. Each Wall Street Journal Prize consists of a one-year subscription to the Wall Street Journal online. The ARV of each Wall Street Journal Prize is $79.

Ten (10) Flower Bouquet Prizes are available. Each Flower Bouquet Prize consists of a certificate good for one (1) free flower bouquet from Teleflora. The ARV of each Flower Bouquet Prize is $60.

Four (4) American Airlines Prizes are available. Each American Airline Prize consists of 25,000 American AAdvantage® miles. Winner must be a registered American AAdvantage member to receive prize. Two (2) Free Flight Prizes are available (one (1) Free Flight Prize will be available the first week of the Promotion Period and one (1) Free Flight Prize will be available the last week of the Promotion Period). Each Free Flight Prize consists of a pair of certificates good for round-trip travel from and to anywhere in the continental United States that Southwest Airlines flies. Free Flight Prize is subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates and must be used within one (1) year of date of award. The ARV of each Free Flight Prize is $400.

Twenty (20) Road Atlas Prizes are available. Each Road Atlas Prize consists of a Rand McNally Road Atlas. The ARV of each Road Atlas Prize is $15.

Fifty (50) Avis Rental Car Prizes are available. Each Avis Rental Car Prize consists of a one-day car rental certificate from Avis. Car rental is subject to standard terms and conditions imposed by Avis. Certain restrictions and blackout days may apply. The ARV of each Avis Rental Car Prize is $50.

Sears VIP Access Card - Back To School Promotion with Vanessa Hudgens

Eligibility :
Sears VIP Access Card – Back to School Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eight (8) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sears Holding Management Corporation, Passage Events & Promotions, Inc., Whittmanhart, Inc., and ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any entry information provided by children under the age of thirteen (13) will be used solely for the purposes of the Promotion and will be destroyed immediately after its conclusion in accordance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (”COPPA”). How to Enter :

a. Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game: During the Promotion Period, visit http://sears.eprize.net/vipaccesscard and enter your birth date.

i. For Participants Thirteen (13) Years of Age and Over: You will automatically proceed to the registration page. Complete and submit the registration form including your VIP Access Card number (if you have a VIP Access Card) and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. If you would like to participate in the VIP Access Card Product Finder Challenge (”The Scavenger Hunt”) portion of the Promotion, you will need to opt-in on the registration form to receive emails and/or text messages with a clue about the weekly Sears product (”Weekly Clue”); if you opt-in to receive the Weekly Clue via text message, you must enter your two-way text messaging capable device number. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend on the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays divided by the number of prizes available. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.

ONE (1) SCAVENGER HUNT PRIZE: One (1) private concert by Vanessa Hudgens at winner’s school. If winner does not attend a school, or winner cannot obtain permission from his/her school, prize will be awarded as a private concert for winner at a location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All details of concert including, but not limited to, date, time, size and location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $10,000.
