The Hawaiian Tropic - Tropic Thunder Movie Ticket Instant Win Game

Eligibility :
Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to participate.  Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor, Hawaiian Tropic¨, Tanning Research Labs, Inc, Energizer Holdings, Inc., TPG Rewards, Inc., and their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, distributors, sales representatives, retail accounts, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the ÒPromotion EntitiesÓ), and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to participate in the Promotion or receive an e-Movie Cash Ticket.

Timing :
The Hawaiian Tropic “Tropic Thunder Movie Ticket Instant Win Game (the “Game”) begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (”ET”) on June 23, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, access www.HawaiianTropic.com (the “Website”), complete the Game registration form with the information requested, including the UPC from any Hawaiian Tropic product, and follow the instructions to submit your entry.  Entrants can take the UPC code off of the outside product packaging and use it to enter without buying the product.  The time of successful entry will determine whether a participant is a potential winner.  Prizes are randomly seeded at designated winning times throughout the Promotion Period.  If multiple participants play at the exact same winning time, the potential winner will be determined by a random selection of all participants who successfully entered at that time.  If you are a winner, you will receive a notification email with instructions on how to redeem your prize. All prize claims are subject to verification.

Limit :
Limit of one (1) game play per person and/or per email address per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): Two Thousand (2,000) Prizes are available.  Each prize consists of one (1) e-Movie Cash Ticket good for up to $12.00 toward one (1) admission to “Tropic Thunder” (the “Picture”).  Cash value of e-Movie Cash Ticket: 1/100 of one cent.  e-Movie Cash Tickets can be used only for admission to the Picture at participating movie theaters.  e-Movie Cashª Tickets are redeemable at participating theatres as identified at www.emoviecash.com/locator, and are subject to certain terms and conditions identified on the e-Movie Cash Ticket.  Limit of one (1) e-Movie Cash Ticket per person and two (2) per household.

Eligibility :
Totino’s® The Dark Knight Online Instant-Win Sweepstakes (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all United States Territories and Possessions, all Military Installations and where prohibited by law) who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older as of June 1, 2008 (“Entrant(s)”). Timing :
The Instant Win Game begins as of June 1, 2008, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends as of December 31, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :

Once an Entrant obtains a UPC, during the Sweepstakes Period, Entrant should go to: www.WinMovieTicketsNow.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form. Each Entrant must complete and submit the registration form, including the UPC and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once an Entrant submits the form, Entrant has to follow the directions to advance to the Instant Win Game page and follow the instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation.
