How to enter:
Access the Xbox Monster Makeover Sweepstakes website online at http://www.xbox.com/monstermakeover and complete and submit the entry form presented. Upon successful completion of the online entry form, you will be presented with a webcast episode of the “Hollywood Monster Makeup Effects” series. To receive one (1) sweepstakes entry, after viewing the episode presented, follow the instructions provided to vote for who you feel should be the episode winner.

The Crusoe Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing :
The Crusoe Sweepstakes begins at 6:30 am ET on October 13, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on October 18, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
To enter a Daily Prize Drawing, visit www.savecrusoe.com (the “Website”) during a Daily Entry Period and click on the Sweepstakes banner or link, then follow the provided instructions to vote on the current poll question relating to the Event (the “Poll Question”), complete the online registration form in its entirety, and submit your entry. You must vote on a Poll Question to enter the Sweepstakes, however, your vote will not affect your chances of winning the Sweepstakes. Once a Daily Entry Period has begun, entrants may vote on the Poll Question until the Daily Entry Period End Time, as listed in the chart below. Each Daily Entry Period shall have a new Poll Question for a total of seven (7) Poll Questions per day. Registration is required only once to vote on the Poll Questions and submit your entry.

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of AZ, CO, IA, ID, MN, MT, ND, NE, NM, OR, SD, UT, WA and WY who are 18 years or older at the time of entry . Timing :
The Qwest Prize A Day Sweepstakes begins at 12.01 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on June 1, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MDT on July 19, 2008 (”Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
ENTRY METHOD 1:
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals who subscribe online (through the qwest.com website) to Qwest High-Speed Internet® service will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. The date the order is placed will be considered the sweepstakes entry date.
ENTRY METHOD 2:
