Eligibility :
Open to legal U.S. residents, who have valid U.S. drivers’ licenses, and are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Timing :
Share Your Cold-EEZE Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. E.T. on September 15, 2008 and ends at 12:01:00 a.m. E.T. on February 28, 2009.

How to enter:

To complete your entry in the Sweepstakes, submit up to five (5) e-mail addresses per day of any friends that you think will be interested in the Sweepstakes. For every friend you refer that subsequently enters the Sweepstakes, you will receive one (1) entry for you and your referred friend to share. You may not refer a friend more than once. All multiple entries submitted by the same entrant and referred friend will be disqualified. Eligibility :
Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Arizona, Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry and who are members of Sephora’s Beauty Insider Program (no purchase is necessary to become a member of Sephora’s Beauty Insider Program). Contest is not open to employees, independent contractors, officers, directors or agents of Sponsors and TTT West Coast, Inc. (”Extra”) and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and/or assigns, Sponsors’ advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and the immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son or spouse, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of any of the foregoing (collectively with the Sponsors, the “Contest Entities”).
Timing :
The Contest begins on August 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (”PT”) and ends August 27, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. PT.

How to enter:
There are two ways to enter. To enter online, visit www.sephora.com and complete an online submission form. Submissions must include your name, Sephora login, Beauty Insider number and a link to your video clip. Your video clip (the “Video Entry”) should be a short video telling us your first name and describing your most memorable dating experience. The Video Entry must also conform to the following requirements:

• Must be capable of being submitted in one of the following file types: Quicktime, .mpeg, .avi, .wmv or Flash;
• Must not exceed 50MB in size;
• Must not exceed 30 seconds in length;

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize carries an approximate retail value of $3,620, and consists of the following:

Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico), the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of April 15, 2008. Entrants must have a valid Social Security number, or a Social Insurance number issued by the appropriate government agency to win the Grand Prize and to complete the required affidavit (as describe below) for prize acceptance. Daily’s Summer Sip-Stakes

Eligibility :
Daily’s “Summer Sip-Stakes” (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of American Beverage Corporation, CCM, and their parent and affiliate companies, wholesalers, retail alcohol beverage licensees, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in California, Tennessee, and where prohibited or restricted. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and judge’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
