Eligibility :
Dell Outlet Back to School Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Dell Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Eligibility :
The Game is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and anywhere it is prohibited by law. If the age of majority in your jurisdiction is older than eighteen (18), you must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to be eligible. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Logitech, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers which include Piaggio Group Americas, Inc., RealNetworks, Inc., Duran Duran, and Puretracks, Inc., and any other company involved in the design, execution or production of this Game (collectively “Released Parties”) are not eligible.

Timing :
The Game begins at midnight 12:00 AM US Pacific Time (“PT”) July 7, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM PT October 15, 2008, (“Game Period”).
How to Enter :
Visit www.feelliberated.com and complete the Game registration form by providing your e-mail address, first name, last name, street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code and date of birth. Optional information requested includes your gender and phone number. You will be required to create a user name/password and have the opportunity to “opt in” to receive electronic communication from Logitech. Election to receive further communication from Logitech is not required for participation in the Game and does not increase your chances of winning. After completing the registration form you will see a link to play the Game. Upon clicking the link you will see a montage of Logitech products; select one of the Logitech products by clicking on the image to see if you are an instant winner, (a “Game Play”).

 

 

Limit :
There is a limit of one (1) Game Play per person per email address per day and a limit of one (1) prize per person per email address.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Duran Duran “Live Like a Rock Star” 2008 Concert Trip Prize, (“Concert Trip Prize”), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), USD $7,000.
