Eligibility :
Legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsors, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.

Timing :
The CleanUp with Kenmore Sweepstakes begins 6/16/08 and ends 8/8/08. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm, E.T., on 8/8/08.

Next Food Network Star 4: Fan Favorite Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
“The Next Food Network Star 4: Fan Favorite” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years of age or older, except employees, officers, directors, agents (and their immediate families [spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses] and household members [whether or not related]) of Television Food Network, G.P. (the “Sponsor”), Sears (the “Prize Provider”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, with the Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”). Void in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on June 2, 2008 and end at 5:00 p.m. ET on July 28, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
There are two (2) ways to enter during the Promotion Period: 1.) Visit the Food Network website, located at www.foodnetwork.com, and complete and submit the online entry form in its entirety. 2.) Hand print your name, complete address and phone number either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mail it to: “Next Food Network Star 4: Fan Favorite” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 385, Florham Park, NJ 07932. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 28, 2008 and received no later than August 4, 2008.

Limit:
one (1) online entry per valid email address, per person per day.
