Eligibility :
The Zwinky Cuties Permission to Fly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered and open only to legal residents of United States and its territories (except residents of Puerto Rico) and Canada (except residents of Quebec) who have an active e-mail account and Internet access at the time of entry.

Timing :
Promotional period begins on November 12, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on January 7, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) (”Promotional Period”).

How to enter:
Access the Zwinky Cuties website at www.ZwinkyCuties.com (the “Sponsor Site”). You must be a member of the Sponsor Site to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. There is no entry fee and by becoming a Zwinky Cuties member you incur no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by Sponsor’s Terms of Service and other policies governing use of the Sponsor Site. If you do not understand or agree with any part of these Official Rules, the Terms of Service or other policies, you should not participate in the Sweepstakes. To enter the sweepstakes click on the “Permission to Fly” link from the Sponsor Site and then follow the directions to submit your entry. You may also find “Easter eggs” throughout the site that can also be used to submit your entry. You must click on the link or Easter egg and follow the specified directions fully to enter the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who are 18 years or older and a parent / legal guardian of a child in grades K-8, who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (”Territory”)Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsors, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

How to Enter :
There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes:

(a) By Mail: You may enter this Sweepstakes by Mail, by sending in a 5 x 3 inch note card including your first and last name, address, phone number, child’s age, and grade to: Kimberly-Clark’s “Rock Your School” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8514, Prospect Heights, IL 60070 to be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes (”Mail-In Entry”). All mail in entries must be postmarked by September 15, 2008 and received by September 22, 2008.

(b) By On-line Entry: You may enter this Sweepstakes On-line, during the Term, by going directly to www.RockBackToSchool.com, clicking on the Sweepstakes button, providing your first and last name, e-mail address (”E-mail Address”), phone number, child’s age, and grade as directed, and clicking “Enter”. Each online entry submission must be manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and / or repetitive electronic submissions of entries will be disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if your E-mail Address changes.
