Modern Bride of the Year Registry Run Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
This sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor, the judging organization (if applicable), or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.
Timing :
Promotion begins July 22, 2008 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on September 1, 2008 at 11:59 PM ET when all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”). 

How to enter:
Visit www.brides.com/sweepstakes/registryrun/enter/long during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit :
One entry per person and per e-mail address per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
There will be one (1) winner. The prize is a $2,000 Macy’s Gift Card.

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are 18 years or older with Internet access at time of entry. Only entrants logging onto the Internet from within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) employees of The Neiman Marcus Group, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates or subsidiaries, (b) employees of any organizations directly involved with this Sweepstakes, (c) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) or (b) above.

Timing :
Between 8 a.m. Central Time July 25, 2008 and August 28, 2008 and no later than 5 p.m. Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) Complete the electronic entry form to sign up for email with accurate information on Sponsor’s website located at NeimanMarcus.com. (2) After you sign up for email as directed in #(1), a thank-you form will allow you to provide the email addresses of up to five friends. Provided the email address is accurate and not on Sponsor’s “opt-out” list, each of the five friends will receive an email, and you will receive an additional entry in the sweepstakes for each of those five friends who clicks on the link in the email and registers for email by filling out all the required fields with accurate information during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit :
Limit up to six entries per person.

Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are age 18 or older and a legal resident of the fifty United States and District of Columbia. Employees, suppliers, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and the immediate family members, and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.

Timing :
The Blue Nile Signature Princess-Cut Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Sunday, June 8, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
To enter, access www.bluenile.com during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the online instructions to complete and transmit the entry form. Web site entries must be received by 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 and tracked by Blue Nile technical division. You may enter the Promotion under one name and one email address only. Enter using only an email address subscribed and registered in your name. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized email account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. An eligible individual receives one automatic entry into the Sweepstakes when he/she submits the requested information. The email address submitted must be valid from 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, June 8, 2008 through 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, January 14, 2009. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
