AT&T Racing Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
Promotion open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, CS&E, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Promotion subject to all federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Winners agree that the Sponsor, CS&E, their affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. Income or other taxes on any prizes awarded are the responsibility of the winner.

Timing :
This promotion begins at 12:00 noon (ET) on Friday, February 29 and ends at 4:30 pm (ET) on Sunday, November 16, 2008 (”Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
There are two (2) ways to enter this promotion: (i) the text message method; and (ii) the online method. Text Message Method: To enter the promotion via the text message method, during the Promotion Period use your AT&T serviced wireless phone to send the number of the stock car you predict will win the featured race to short code “2258”. Upon receipt of your initial entry, you will receive a bounceback message with an automatically generated username. If you would prefer to create a custom username, reply with your preferred username. Should you choose to submit subsequent text message entries, your wireless phone number will automatically be recognized in connection with your username. Normal charges will apply for text messaging based on your current messaging feature subscription. Online Method: To enter the promotion via the online method, during the Promotion Period complete the official online entry form by clicking on the “Fantasy Racing” link located at www.att.com/racing and providing your name, preferred username, phone number, email address and the number of the stock car you predict will win the featured race.

Limit :
You may enter one (1) time per phone number per featured stock car race and up to a maximum of thirty-four (34) times during the entire Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
Weekly Prize: Thirty-four (34) Weekly Winners will each receive a 1:24 scale #31 2008 AT&T die-cast autographed by Jeff Burton (ARV: $70.00) (Total Weekly Prize ARV: $2,310).

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive thirty-one thousand and no /100 dollars ($31,000.00) (ARV: $31,000).

First Prize: Nine (9) first prize winners will each receive three thousand, one hundred and no/100 dollars ($3,100.00) (ARV: $3,100) (Total First Prize ARV: $27,900).

Eligibility :
Prilosec OTC Winner’s Circle Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Promotion begins on April 22, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on September 1, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, go to http://prilosec.eprize.net/winningcircle and complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. For completing the form or logging in, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. For answering the question “Has Prilosec OTC helped you enjoy the foods you love? If so, how?” on the registration form, you will receive an additional ten (10) Sweepstakes entries. You will only be able to answer the question the first day you enter. Once you submit the form, you will advance to the Instant Win Game page. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
