2009 Honda Pilot Playoff Instant Win & Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
2009 Honda Pilot Playoff Instant Win & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license at the time of entry. Employees of American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Maritz, Inc., and ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”).

Timing :
The Promotion begins on June 23, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on August 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, go to www.hondapilotplayoff.com and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, proceed to the Instant Win Game, and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Limit :
Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An all-new 2009 Honda Pilot. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $31,995.

Instant Win Game Prizes: NINE HUNDRED (900) FIRST PRIZES: Package of three (3) music downloads. ARV: $2.57. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.

Eligibility :
This Sweepstakesis open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

The Honda Pilot Ride Ready Adventure Sweepstakes period (”Sweepstakes Period”) begins on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on Friday, August 15, 2008 at 11:59 pm PT.

Limit :
Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period by either method of entry.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: One 2009 Honda Pilot Automobile with standard factory equipment and one (1) trip for the winner and up to three (3) travel guest to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.
