Eligibility :
Geographical, Age and Parental Consent Requirements: The Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents who currently reside in any one of the 50 states and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry (unless otherwise specified). Residents of Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands are ineligible. If Participant has not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides, they must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian prior to entering the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor.

The Sweepstakes begins Friday, August 22, 2008 at 9:00:01 AM (Central Standard Time) and ends Sunday, September 7, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM (CST) (the “Entry Period”).

How to enter:
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, August 22, 2008 at 9:00:01 AM (Central Standard Time) and ends Sunday, September 7, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM (CST)(the “Entry Period”). Eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes by logging on to www.bluraytransformers.com and completing the official Sweepstakes entry form. Each Participant must accurately complete all required fields or the entry will be deemed invalid. In order to be eligible to participate the Participant must have Internet access and a valid email address prior to the Sweepstakes Entry Period. In the event of a dispute, the holder of the electronic mail account identified in the entry will be considered to be the Participant.

Limit one entry per day per person and per email address.

The AT&T U-Verse - So Happy Together

Eligibility :
The AT&T U-Verse “So Happy Together” Decoder Game (”Grand Prize Drawing”) is sponsored by AT&T Operations, Inc., 530 McCullough Ave., San Antonio, TX 78215 (”Sponsor”). The Grand Prize Drawing is offered in conjunction with two (2) Sponsor promotions through different Sponsor Web sites (”Creative Presentations”). One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through both Creative Presentations. In addition, a decoder game (the “Decoder Game”) will take place within this Creative Presentation. The Decoder Game and the Grand Prize Drawing are referred to collectively as the “Promotion.”

Timing :

How to Enter :
The entry process for both the Decoder Game and the Grand Prize Drawing are combined. During the Promotion, Sponsor will mail Decoder game pieces (each a “Decoder”) to individuals selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 3. During the Promotion Period, visit http://att.eprize.net/decoder and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing, advance to the Decoder Game page and will receive one (1) Decoder Game play for that day. To play the Decoder Game, place your decoder over the scrambled message displayed on your computer monitor to reveal the hidden image. If you do not have a Decoder, then click on the link titled “Don’t Have a Decoder” to reveal the hidden image. The Decoder Game results will be displayed instantly. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Decoder Game and will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Decoder Game.

Limit :
