Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents physically located and residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, related entities, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion fulfillment agencies, retailers, and their families and immediate household members of each are not eligible (the “Sweepstakes Entities”).

Timing :
The Sweepstakes entry period begins on May 9, 2008, at 12:01AM Pacific Time (”PT”) and will end on July 6, 2008, at approximately 11:59PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter :
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may log on to http://www.thesweetestmatch.com (the “Entry Site”) and click on the entry text link or icon, either of which will take entrant to the Sweepstakes entry page. Entrant may then complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form (each an “Entry” collectively, the “Entries”). All submissions must include entrant’s full name, age, date of birth, address (including city, state and zip code), e-mail address, daytime and evening telephone number(s) (including area code), gender, and the answers to several optional marketing questions (collectively “Entry Information”).

Limit :
Entries will be limited to one (1) Entry per person/email address per calendar day. Entries in excess of one (1) per day will be void and disqualified.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1) : One (1) Grand Prize which includes: (i) VIP tickets for winner and one (1) guest to attend the first two (2) days of The 2009 Championships, Wimbledon tennis tournament at the All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon, London, England (ii) round trip coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from/to a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to/from a major commercial airport in London, England; (iii) hotel accommodations for winner and (1) guest (single room/double occupancy, room and tax only) for five (5) nights at a hotel, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in the greater London area; and (iv) one (1) Eurostar Leisure Select railway round trip day excursion for winner and one (1) guest from London, England to Paris, France, departing and returning on the same day. Approximate retail value (”ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)

One (1) Second Prize which consists of one (1) Bowflex TC6000 Treadclimber exercise machine. The ARV of the Second Prize is Three Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-Nine Dollars ($3,399.00).

One (1) Third Prize which consists of one (1) Bowflex Revolution home gym. The ARV of the Third Prize is Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety-Nine Dollars ($2,799.00)

One (1) Fourth Prize which includes: (i) one (1) set consisting of two (2) Bowflex SelectTech 220 Dumbbells and one (1) stand and; (ii) one (1) SelectTech 3.1 Series workout bench. The ARV of the Fourth Prize is Three Hundred and Eighty Seven Dollars ($387.00).
